Qf3 is the only winning move they can't take because of mate and if they go back to g6 then castle results in a completely winning position for white, Kd2 loses the pawn with check and the bishop gets forked and Ke2 results in a fork of the bishop after Qe4 Kd2 and if you don't give up the bishop by going Kf1 you get mated or lose your queen after Ba6
Id say king e2, however i feel like its still going to be a hard fight. Just keeps the rook around. No matter how much they check you dont go back to e1.
cool video's thanks! somehow I often times playing against the French, ill have to study these traps a bit and see if I can integrate them into my games 😊👍
wont work bro... if you go Qf3, what stops black to take the Queen Q*Qf3?? nothing... your idea was not bad, but black Q on f3 prevents white castling long. but if black takes, Rg1++ in two no need for castling
@@kuncogopuncog0 If black takes the queen on f3, it's even faster, white's to play Rg1+ immediately. Black can prolong the checkmate with sacrificing his queen (blocking the g-file), but that's it.
@@fabiocosta7952 Exactly. That variation (black playing Qg6 immy) does not lead to a quick mate, but black definitely loses a queen, one way or another.
That's met with Qxf2+. Bye bye to bishop on f6. Best move is Qf3 - prevents Qxh1 and deflects black queen from g-file so that rook on h1 can deliver checkmate in 2.
@@davidvazquez5200 I am saying instead Kd2 play Qf3. If QxQ Then Rg1 should end the game. Only saving move for black would be Qg6 in reply to Qf3... And Q on f3 covers the B on f6 and all you have to do is find a way to put the rook safely on the g file... Such as castle queenside first... And game should be urs. Moral of the story black screen can't capture the rook anymore.
Thank God I don't play French like this. I mean I let white attack me first. They usually make mistakes. Anyways at my level many people make mistake! Bit scary video for French players like me.

Trap #2 queen sacrifice by white then Rg1#
Qf3 is the only winning move they can't take because of mate and if they go back to g6 then castle results in a completely winning position for white, Kd2 loses the pawn with check and the bishop gets forked and Ke2 results in a fork of the bishop after Qe4 Kd2 and if you don't give up the bishop by going Kf1 you get mated or lose your queen after Ba6
Puzzle 2: Q to F3
5:15 Qf3 and if Q×f3 Rg1+ is mate in two
What's preventing the black queen from just taking the Rook on G1?
@@davidvazquez5200 The queen on f3.
Qf3 Qxf3 Rg1+#
Or
Qf3 Qg6 0-0 then after Castle Rhg1 ,Queen Less
Very good lesson and clever ideas👌👌👌💪
Id say king e2, however i feel like its still going to be a hard fight. Just keeps the rook around. No matter how much they check you dont go back to e1.

Very helpful
No greek gift sacrifice and the queen trap in the two knights variation?
So Kd2 I the correct answer Because after white plays a move for example Qh3 Rg1 is unstoppable mate!
5:11 I think it would be Qf3
Qf3 Qg6...000 Ra or Rhg1 is unstoppable on the next move.
5:13, i would move my king to e2
Great!!
Nice
04:59 Can you find the winning move? Yes, Qf3 followed by O-O-O and then R(h)g1.

@@kuncogopuncog0 When he said Qf3 followed by O-O-O he meant that black would play Qg6, it's clear that if white's rook reach g1 the game is over
@@fabiocosta7952 Exactly. That variation (black playing Qg6 immy) does not lead to a quick mate, but black definitely loses a queen, one way or another.
Qh5 ,Qxrh1 +Kd2 ,QxrA1 + Qh5 then black no defence move
Puzzle 2:qf3
Kd2 is the best move @4:54
That's met with Qxf2+. Bye bye to bishop on f6.
Best move is Qf3 - prevents Qxh1 and deflects black queen from g-file so that rook on h1 can deliver checkmate in 2.
Ohh I didn't notice that
1.Qf3! Now, if 1.... QxQ, then 2.Rg1# or if 1....QxR, then 2.QxQ, Black loses its Queen. and White is winning.
Qf3 is right move in the 2nd trap
Kd2 ???
Qf3
Puzzle 2: Kd2
Qf3
In the 2nd puzzle King e2 is winning
Ba6+ and things can get crazy.
Qf3
K to d2?
Qf3
@@SomeDumbTrucker Can't the queen just take back?
