Well they had a slight problem. As in the real Performance into this was a special Video Intro for their Songs. Moa and Yui knew they played a kind of their evil twins and they had some Arguments wirh boys.and Koba wrote this Black Babymetal Songs, so that Su had a big break. They were minors so there were several limitations on their time. And this song was theircanswer to this boys, Or more what they would have liked to answer. Its nearly impossible to translate. Hapanese works with lot of honorifics while in English you would use explicit words that add certain meanings that are not added if you don't use certain words in japanese.
As Koba said we don't know what is considered impossible. We are just known that we have Single, selected Performances that offer a Budget. So there are now certain companies that offer us their projects and ask for our input. I wonder which of these companies will now be involved for their European and UK Arena Tour or if they simply trust these Arenas for certain Extras. There are limitations what you can setup in half a day.
Good reaction and review again. Yes the stage with the coffin shaped runways was at the Tokyo Dome in 2016. Two nights with 55,000 people each night, a completely different set list each night, every song (bar one) from the first two albums, none repeated, completely different choreo and use of the stage(s) for each song. You are not wrong about the effort and thought that goes into their production.
'Sis Anger' is all about the contrast between the brutal instrumentals and then Yui's and Moa's (Black BABYMETAL) sweet vocals. The translation in the subtitles was possibly toned down a little - they were supposedly using a lot of language you wouldn't expect from a couple of very polite young ladies ... apparently when they first saw the lyrics Yui and Moa couldn't stop giggling.
On crowd interaction in this song - it isn't a song that lends itself so easily to doing that. There is one point where Yui and Moa point at the crowd and the subtitles say "you stupid guy". I understand that is a very much toned down translation. Having them then go off smiling and waving with the crowd for 10-30 seconds or whatever then going back to being angry wouldn't work. As I said earlier, they played all the songs from the first two albums over the course of the two nights at the Tokyo Dome - they had many other far better opportunities to interact with the crowd and they took full advantage of all of those opportunities.
David, I watch your reviews for your honest opinions and never take offense I appreciate your thoughtful analysis and through explanations about the entire construct of a performance. You've taught me how to HEAR the music, not just listen to it. And to appreciate all the other aspects required. Your score is exactly what I expected. You are the gold standard by which I measure other reactors. I enjoy this song for the hard hitting metal and the juxtaposed with the high-pitch girlish vocals; it's just fun. For reference, while the video you reviewed had very few views, the official video had 190K, a subbed Proshot 369k and Zykkwolf's vido 655k totaling over 1.214 million, it'll get you there. 😊
fair criticism, I feel like this is one of those songs that knocks your socks off and then just kind of ends, needs a little more meat on the bones. egging on the crowd shouting and throwing in an aggressive solo would have gone a long way also, the coffin show is the tokyo dome show, really solid show all around, and the biggest crowd of fans they've ever played to
This song is actually one of my favorites to drive too, along with the other 3 Black Babymetal songs. I have seen videos of them doing it live from years ago, smaller venues which has the crowd pretty close and probably makes it easier to interact with the crowd. But the song is heavy and fast, which does sort of make it harder to engage the crowd, especially on these massive stages and an audience of thousands. It is a solid Babymetal song, delivering what the brand is supposed to deliver during a concert. One side note, Kobametal said this song title is somewhat of a nod to Metallica St.Anger.
💀 💕 / 🔥 😡 😡 🔥 "I will knock your ill-nature into shape. Burn! Burn your anger hidden inside!" - Sis. Anger When they release a blu-ray of a BABYMETAL concert, the kamishibai (picture-story-narrations) are included rather than filming the screen they were projected on. They always gave the heaviest songs to the two littlest ones. : ) This song is about being angry, mostly at dumb boys. The song was kind of controversial, and the lyrics are a bit rude, especially coming from young girls. As I understand it, the equivalent would be using an expression like "dumb bastard". There are a couple translations that exaggerate this quite a bit. Unfortunately, this song hasn't been performed since July 2017, when Yui was still with the group. I saw it about a month before that at the Hollywood Palladium.
The title of this song is an homage and play on words to Metallica's "St. Anger". The girls are basically saying they want to hurt crappy guys that make them mad with their horrible selfish ways. "I will knock your ill-nature into shape. I will burn down everything with flare of anger." BLACK BABYMETAL (a nickname when a song is by just Moa and Yui) songs are the heaviest of all the BABYMETAL songs, and in my opinion, this song is the heaviest and most lyrically aggressive so far. Even their choreography is aggressive with its kicks, punches, and angry looking moves.🦊🤘
You nailed my fascination with this band. Yes I am extremely biased because I love the women, Kami’s, positive lyrics, diversity…. However, what sets them apart from most other bands that perform concerts, is the production. Staging, lighting, pyrotechnics, choreography, in short spectacle. They are Metal theater, or a Las Vegas, Broadway, full on show. I absolutely get it if you’re one that simply wants to listen to a concert, but that’s not what this group is. That’s just a humble opinion.
Couldn't have put it better myself. I've seen them twice here in London and having seen everyone live from A-Z over the last 40 years - they stand up there with the best of them. They are indeed Metal Theatre, it's a full on production and I think there are some pretty blinkered Metal heads around who just don't get it!
_Baka yaroooo!_ 🦊🤘🔥 Black Babymetal are on fire with this one and making very clear with the message that we better not mess up with them. I mean they even started this song with a quote from the book of Revelations, is that a blasphemy? Idk i just know I don't want to mess up with the girls with this level of anger, they can broke my heart into pieces 💔 They're kinda talking rude while still being kawaii and playing behind one of the heaviest BM song. Thanks for sharing this David, see you next time 🦊🤘🔥
I expect to see this song at a yakuza bar at 2 am in the morning full of serious businessmen doing some serious drinking. Just sooooo Japanese and I luv it!!
Hi David and anyone who is reading this. This is still one of my fav. Babymetal songs out there. I would give it a 9.7. There are many reasons why to give it this score. First, the lyrics for even the best translators struggled for a while to determine what words they used. I think most agree that the aggressiveness of the lyrics is some what in the middle. The meaning and aggressiveness is what I love about this song. Secondly, the duo singing leads is an amazing mix. Thirdly, the instrumental heavy energy to hype the crowd even more was just crazy amazing. Glad you enjoyed the song David, and when you get to the most complicated lyrics of Babymetal with Dusk Till Dawn, you will be even more suprised the energy feel like how this song did but completely different way. By the way Dusk Till Dawn best version is from Budokan 2021 since it's only been played three times. Two times there and another just having some ok recording since the other was not ever published due to rights issues. With Dusk Till Dawn still being some what debated to this day on what even certain words mean or what words are they, you be sooo suprised on how they did it, making it another amazing song for Babymetal. I stopped ranting now lol. Have good day and night anyone reading this and stay safe.
Hi David hope you’re having a great day that’s a good score for this song I’ve already stated how much I love BABYMETAL and listen to many many of their songs especially the girls when they do black BABYMETAL so keep rockin and keep giving your honest opinion I love watching your videos and your reactions and scores and I get even more excited when BABYMETAL is here everybody be safe stay Metal👉🦊👈🤘🤘
Yay! Sis. Anger, and it went through!! Imo, one of the hardest hitting, if not the hardest hitting (Black) Baby Metal song. 8.2? I'll gladly take it. It's a great score, for a great song! Can't wait for you to react to their new songs, from "The Other One"! 🤘🏻🦊🤘🏻
In their big arena shows they usually have video introductions involving Babymetal Lore. With their upcoming return to live shows on the 28th/29th of this month in Japan it's going to be fascinating to see what they have planned this time around 🦊🤘
I really hope this video stays up, but live performances from Tokyo Dome 2016 almost always get blocked :( Having said that, I think the point here is the huge contrast of the super sweet vocals of Yui and Moa, and one of their songs that hits the hardest!! I don't know if you paid any attention to the lyrics, but the song was about them being angry to boys! Also using language that isn't appropriate for such young ladies! Rumors say that when Yui and Moa first read the lyrics, they couldn't stop giggling :)
Nice reaction! fair score, well explained as always - really not sure how anyone familiar with your scoring system could complain about anything in the 8s. Oh and it is Black Babymetal.
This Song has a story, a strong theme about annoying, foolish, boys with their off putting attitudes/behaviors, & moimoi are fed up with them! To have instrumentals on their own would be Great, but without the Girls the message (other than the shredding) would be lost. Babymetal are all about telling a story with their dancing & singing. They will always convey a message whether it's very positive or dour! Cheers!
This song gives me strong Cradle of Filth vibes...some melodies and ofc the drumming remind me of some of their older stuff. If you would replace the singing with the typical CoF screeching, you would be right at vampire blackmetal.
Good review and rating, as always! That's exactly what I would have scored it(after learning how you rate things). It makes sense. Not every song can be epic and awe-inspiring.
Not every Babymetal song has direct crowd engagement from the girls and not every song should have that. Sometimes less is more. Plus I think, with this song, crowd engagement wouldn't make a lot of sense. This one did have some crowd chanting opportunities however, so it wasn't like they had to sit on their hands through the whole song. I don't think it can be possible for anyone who is as active as these girls are on the stage that they can be seen as irrelevant in any song. Obviously everyone is going to look at a piece of at differently, none more so than something like Babymetal. Even the most hard core fans enjoy them from wildly different perspectives. So, I'm not trying to claim you're opinion is wrong.
I agree. There is one point where Yui and Moa point at the crowd and the subtitles say "you stupid guy". I understand that is a very much toned down translation. Having them then go off smiling and waving with the crowd for 10-30 seconds or whatever then going back to being angry wouldn't work. They played all the songs from the first two albums at these shows - they had many other far better opportunities to interact with the crowd and they took full advantage of all of those opportunities.
I had hoped you would know by now that several BabyMetal songs have video introductions. You did suss it in the end. 😀 Road Of Resistance used to have a video introduction but in the performance you watched, it was not there. AMUSE must be having a holiday. Any footage from this show is usually immediately blocked world wide. As for crowd interaction, every leg kick from Moa and Yui, is an audience participation part. If any band interacted with the crowd every other song, as you seem to suggest, it would be imposable to 'hold' the audience for the entire set. After about the third sing along, call and response, the novelty would soon tire and people would be thinking who is paying who here? I came to watch and listen, not fill out time so we get less songs in a show. BabyMetal's crowd interaction far outshines many other bands, as you know. 8.2? - Mutter, mutter mutter. you liked the song, you liked the production, if you knew how slippy those podiums were you would admire that Moa and Yui managed to perform any chorography at all, let alone claim they were almost irrelevant. Go stand in the corner! 😀
Good reaction. On crowd interaction in this song - it isn't a song that lends itself so easily to doing that. There is one point where Yui and Moa point at the crowd and the subtitles say "you stupid guy". I've read that is a very much toned down translation. Having them then go off smiling and waving with the crowd for 10-30 seconds or whatever then going back to being angry wouldn't work. Sis Anger is what it is - basically don't p off Yui and Moa or they will knock you into shape ... and they may be small, but I wouldn't want to put it to the test. They played all the songs from the first two albums over the course of the two nights at the Tokyo Dome - they had many other far better opportunities to interact with the crowd and they took full advantage of all of those opportunities.
Good reaction, thanks! The point of the song is the huge contrast between the brutal instrumentals and Yui and Moa's extreme cuteness. And they did not hesitate to add killer blastbeats, super aggressive riffs and fire, a lot of fire, just to balance the equation. 🔥🔥🔥 Not to mention they actually use some strong language, not rude per se, but definitely not the language you will expect to be spoken by two polite young ladies like them. It's told that when Yui and Moa read the lyrics for the first time, they couldn't stop laughing.
Thanks for the great reaction David, very fair score and not one of my favorites, but still a great song during a concert. As for the views, that's not from an official Babymetal site so the number of views doesn't matter (and this will probably be taken down at some point). As far as I know there is no "official" music video for this song.
I understand where you're comin' from Mate, but plz hear me out. Whilst the level of interaction of the girls, w/their fans, may not seem up to par w/those of other Black Babymetal songs, etc., the incredibly fast time, pace of Sis Anger, doesn't really allow for any more ad-libbing fan interaction. If there were some pauses with the instrumentals, most definitely, the girls would've engaged more with their fans. Sis Anger is far more of a Headbanger than anything else! Cheers!
Yes! My favorite song of Black Babymetal! Simply and absolutely Amazing performance! No more words! Good react again man. See you at the next, Kitsune 🤟🏻🦊🇯🇵🔥🔥🔥
Great review and very accurate score as well in my opinion. I’m a huge Babymetal fan, but not all their songs are perfect 10s (or 9s). It’s a cool song with some killer riffs and it serves a purpose live. Dig your channel and wish you all the best
It's going to be hard to engage the crowd full of men, when the song its about how selfish are men when they f@cked up a relationship. Even though, they use a strong word "baka" to call the audience, but we're are gladly to be called like that from them. Black Babymetal has three other songs that make a huge crowd interaction to compensate this.
Damn, I wish I had more time. I stumbled upon this channel by accident and I have to say I like staying here! I love it when you honestly speak your mind, even if you have different tastes. As long as you stay respectful and give the bands/artists a fair chance it's ok. And that's exactly the impression I get from these reactions. I totally agree with you, not everyone has the same opinion about the different songs and that's a good thing. To be honest, I don't like the Black Babymetal songs as much as Su's solo songs, for example. Which doesn't mean that I don't like them, but even if they do, I think it's fine. Anyway, keep it up and have a nice day. ❤🦊🤘
Good day for reactions! This is one of those songs I probably wouldn't like much if it wasn't from Babymetal, and the vocals are part of that. I agree, though, that for a live rendition the girls could've had some time in the middle for more crowd interaction. Alternatively, there's a part in the chorus when the crowd echoes the vocals; I think it would've been cool, at least in the last chorus, to have a full lay-out for that part.
This is one of my favorite Babymetal songs. Great to listen to when you're angry. I like the fast pace and dark brutality in it. Notice that the girls who always smile sweetly in this song are serious, very serious. I can't really imagine interacting with the crowd, even if they had a few bars to interact with, how would they do it? Wave and smile? In the middle of such a dark song? It would be strange... In my opinion, this song doesn't need it, and fans had all the other songs that night to experience the interaction. I don't agree that there could be no girls in the song. The music is great, but it's the backdrop to their story. Both to the lyrics and the choreography, because their dance exactly reflects the lyrics of the song and only together it does make sense. At least for me 😊. I thought you'd like this song better, but it's okay, everyone has their own preferences. Thank you for your review 😊
Ah, the Black Babymetal sub-unit, LOL. These were Moa and Yui's moments in the spotlight. In some paradoxical way they combined some of the heaviest moments with some of the most outrageously kawaii (cute) stuff. Took me a looooong time to get it - at first I thought it was just scary and dumb, but it just took a while to get the old mind open enough to dig it.
Nah you're right David, Sis Anger is probably the song with the least amount of "crowd engagement" so to speak out of their 4 "Black BABYMETAL" songs. GJ, Song 4 (which I believe you've seen) and Onedari Daisakusen (which you have not yet I believe) all have a fair bit of crowd engagement but this song does not. I don't particularly like this song either but I respect it for going all-in on the heavy side instrumentally speaking. Regardless, I'm liking the fact that you're getting more and more requests from real, high-quality excerpts from their amazing live performances. You're right in saying BABYMETAL will not be everyone's cup of tea, but when it comes to bringing on an amazing show for their live audiences, they don't hold back and you get your money's worth. I hope you continue to get HD live excerpts in the future. That's the best way to experience this band - bar seeing them live, of course. For a little context, this was at the Tokyo Dome in 2016. They played two nights in a row and utilized the stage to it's maximum. They also played the entirety of their catalogue (bar one song) which was 2 albums worth. This means that each night had a separate setlist and different ways to utilize the stage and different props. The amount of work and preparation this had to take is unthinkable. They _really_ don't hold back.
You keep knocking the low numbers of views for some songs that were posted to fan channels. If these were on the official TH-cam Channel for the artist that might make some sense.
You almost have finished all of the Babymetal songs in 1st and 2nd album!. That is awesome! After reviewing 2 songs more in the 1st, and 3 songs more in the 2nd, we can see the whole of their earlier history on your channel. And we'll see 3rd album reviews. Thank you for what you have done! And one thing I want to say is, the crowd interaction is designed to be included in their choreography sometimes. I mean, crowd interaction can be executed both implicitly and explicitly. + I would like to express gratitude to the requester, who chose the best live video of this song. When a proper video is requested I'm really happy and there is no regret even if it gets a low score.
💯on the Babymetal show production and performance. Even if I didn't like the music, this is a must-see. Like for people who don't like Vegas, it's a must-see at least once if possible, regardless. Also, love the still frame of the singer @10:13. My former teenage fanboy-self would put this poster on my wall.
I love this song. Relax man, It's a fair opinion and very fair score, Sis. Anger is a song that indeed has not much crowd interaction it's linear and you are absolutely right about the intention of the song, with that being said I can't see why someone would be bothered you gave a really nice score above 7 and totally fair opinion. Great reaction!
I totally get where you come from with respect to your comment about the girls - for me though the contrast between their saccharine sweet voices and the aggression of the music (and the lyrics, to an extent) are an integral part of what makes that song stand out 😉
back to babymetal! yes the video in the beginning is a part of their live shows. the picture stories introduce the lore to the songs and black babymetal is actually quite full of it. and so are su's solos and other songs like ijime dame zettai or road of resistance. with yui and moa the videos over the years introduce them as girls who wanted and more and more and got so greedy they turned into evil spirits. A-KIBA was mentioned in this one, it's a band that did a collab with babymetal years ago. they covered each others songs. a-kiba did gimmie chocolate and babymetal made a song to Animation With You which they titled Answer For Animation With You. the coffin stage is from Tokyo Dome 2016 which was a two days concert event. each day had a different setlist which included their whole discography at that time (excluding from dusk till dawn bc it was a west release). however it's was a particular venue bc there was no space for pits or dancing. this stage is my second favorite with Legend S at the very top (i think you reacted to it with no rain no rainbow?)
BABYMETAL combines cute with metal music. It's logical to let the two cutest members perform the heaviest song. Video intro and song are taken straight from the Tokyo Dome Blu-ray. This song includes no dedicated crowd interaction part. However, crowd interaction is not limited to that. Crowd interaction happens as part of the choreography. The choreography is designed that way. The issue with Tokyo Dome is that everybody has a seat. There is no mosh pit. The crowd cannot react to the choreography the way it normally does. Which means choreography and crowd interaction do not work as designed. 55.000 people are impressive. The stage is impressive. But without mosh pit, BABYMETAL is not at its best. I don't like the Tokyo Dome performances.
I agree with your overall score, however, I will disagree with your comments about crowd interaction in this performance. Babymetal performances are designed to, for want of a better term, work the crowd in a measured and deliberate way. In This performance it was song 5 in the set and was just before a big, crowd pumping intro from the Kami Band. Perhaps, they didn't want to rob the crowd energy from the next song. Black Babymetal songs always (someone is going to kick me for saying always) come before a Su solo. Sis Anger was the song before a major crowd interactive performance. So, whilst I see your point about missed opportunities for crowd interaction, "the money song" was coming up next. As such, I can understand why the production team placed this song here. First to give Su a break before coming out for a big solo, and to not tax the Kami band members too much because they had a very big part in the intro to the next song. Team management, as well as crowd management. All in all, a great score. But I think, after watching the whole show, in all honesty, I wouldn't want Yui and Moa to do more here. After this song, all three girls (and the Kami Band) continue to build the show in a controlled way which allows them to raise the level of crowd participation and involvement to bring them to the crescendo that you have already seen from this show, in the finale of Ijime Dame Zettai. I have no argument with your score, as Black Babymetal songs, whilst being really good performances, are more filler than killer. They are there to create space for the next song and heighten the anticipation. So, for me, whilst this was not the perfect song, I feel this song perfectly did its job. It entertained the crowd; it wasn't so good that it sucked the oxygen from what came next, and importantly, helped manage the highs and lows you need in a concert. Also, if you consider the lyrics of the song (I know, not what you do), this is a multi-layered concept. It's potentially very deep and meaningful to (at the time) their target audience; teen girls.
You need to check out Rondo Of Nightmare Mischiefs of Metal Gods at Budokan Live Intro. I believe the Black Night performance, if I recall correctly. That is the performance which made me a BM desciple. R.I.P. Mikio Fujioka 🔥 🎸🔥 🙏 Keep in mind that Su-Metal was only 16 at that time & already a f*** badass!! 🙀💕 Right there and then it hit me that this group was the real deal. Also no offense taken here. Ladies are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. 13th if you count SummerSonic when they debuted. Ladies were only 12 at that time. F*** 12 as are you kidding me lol. You may also find it interesting that Takayoshi Ohmura, BabyMetal's lead guitarists. Just so happens to also play in Marty Friedman Japanese band lol. Yea, Mr. Heavy Metal himself as he is known in Japan. Has been a huge supporter of BabyMetal since the beginning. Blink & one would have missed that amazing fact!! Anyways, their 2023 tour kicks off this January 28-29 at The Tokyo International Exhibition Hall. The new album drops on March 24th. This is followed by a European tour in April with Sabaton. :b
You are seeing a rarity here, Mr. Heretic. First, not only are you seeing Babymetal, but you are seeing BLACK Babymetal. BLACK Babymetal is Moa and Yui only; no Su. BLACK Babymetal is a subgroup within the group known as Babymetal, who get the heaviest and darkest songs; hence why Sis Anger was the heaviest song in their catalog at the time of this performance. And it's ironic that the youngest and cutest (kawaii) of the entire group get the heaviest songs. Great bit of marketing by their manager, KOBAMETAL. Second, Sis Anger is a play on St. Anger, by Metallica. Third: the reason why this video you are reacting to has so few views isn't because the video isn't popular, but the fact that Babymetal's management company has been known to put out copyright takedown notices on videos from their shows, as you know. This particular show took place at Tokyo Dome, which they had 55000 people there that night alone; because of that they added a second night where they filled up another 55000 seats. So imagine playing two shows where you perform to nearly 110,000 people. This clip came from that. If you can find it, you should react to the clip for Tales of the Destinies, Live at Tokyo Dome, and segues into The One. Tales of the Destinies has only been performed once, which was at Tokyo Dome. You want to see a stage and stage presence, that's the clip to see.
@@BamaMatters11 If I hadn't watched the video, I wouldn't have commented. OR did you not know that there are other performances of Sis Anger out in the world, and not at Tokyo Dome? Or did you not hear that he was confused that on if they were called Black Babymetal or Babymetal Black? Or perhaps you didn't watch the video? SMH. 🙄
May 1, 2020 · In the issue of Metal Hammer, we run down the 50 Greatest Metal Bands Ever - as voted by you. We're not giving away too many spoilers, but we can reveal that Babymetal crashed into the Top 10.
This song is Brutal when you’re in the pit. Hearing the girls as you’re getting pummeled somehow makes it even more brutal, like they’re taunting you
Yeah, their harmony was special in this one
Well they had a slight problem. As in the real Performance into this was a special Video Intro for their Songs.
fair criticism, I feel like this is one of those songs that knocks your socks off and then just kind of ends, needs a little more meat on the bones. egging on the crowd shouting and throwing in an aggressive solo would have gone a long way
also, the coffin show is the tokyo dome show, really solid show all around, and the biggest crowd of fans they've ever played to
This song is actually one of my favorites to drive too, along with the other 3 Black Babymetal songs.
Same here! Love Black Babymetal in the car. And outside the car. Everywhere basically.
Probably Babymetal's heaviest song! A song warning boys to shape up or else! 🦊🤘🤘🦊
💀 💕 / 🔥 😡 😡 🔥
"I will knock your ill-nature into shape.
Burn! Burn your anger hidden inside!" - Sis. Anger
When they release a blu-ray of a BABYMETAL concert, the kamishibai (picture-story-narrations) are included rather than filming the screen they were projected on.
They always gave the heaviest songs to the two littlest ones. : )
This song is about being angry, mostly at dumb boys.
I just love how Babymetal crew gives the hardest sounding music to the cutest Duo in metal🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 🤘🦊🤘
What a coincidence, i just searched this song up for the 14 billionth time and just so happen to see that you've just uploaded it 🤣
lessgooooooo
_Baka yaroooo!_ 🦊🤘🔥
Black Babymetal are on fire with this one and making very clear with the message that we better not mess up with them.
I mean they even started this song with a quote from the book of Revelations, is that a blasphemy? Idk i just know I don't want to mess up with the girls with this level of anger, they can broke my heart into pieces 💔
They're kinda talking rude while still being kawaii and playing behind one of the heaviest BM song.
First!!!
BLACK BABYMETAL!!!!!
No blocked Babymetal!!!! Let's a show begin!!!
First time I heard this I immediately got drawn in to the drums. 10 out of 10 immediately. The rest is flawless to so no need to take points away 😂
I really hope this video stays up, but live performances from Tokyo Dome 2016 almost always get blocked :(
Having said that, I think the point here is the huge contrast of the super sweet vocals of Yui and Moa, and one of their songs that hits the hardest!!
This is one of my favorite, but it seems like it's necessary to turn the volume way up, it's not even close at a lower-mid volume.
U have to love Black BABYMETAL
This Song has a story, a strong theme about annoying, foolish, boys with their off putting attitudes/behaviors, & moimoi are fed up with them! To have instrumentals on their own would be Great, but without the Girls the message (other than the shredding) would be lost. Babymetal are all about telling a story with their dancing & singing. They will always convey a message whether it's very positive or dour!
Cheers!
yeah the intro's are all part of the Babymetal Lore, I am not a 100% sure but I believe it is also in their graphic novel "Apocrypha"
Yui has a different level of beauty.
I love your headshaking when you give the score 😅
This song gives me strong Cradle of Filth vibes...some melodies and ofc the drumming remind me of some of their older stuff. If you would replace the singing with the typical CoF screeching, you would be right at vampire blackmetal.
This is My top 3 Babymetal song
Good review and rating, as always! That's exactly what I would have scored it(after learning how you rate things). It makes sense. Not every song can be epic and awe-inspiring.
David, as always, a great reaction. I agree with both your assessment and your conclusions.
Misguided maybe?
Yeah, I think Sis Anger is just too fast and doesn't have a break built in for dedicated crowd hype...but the song engages the crowd organically.
I don't think this song requires crowd involvement. I think it is their best song and I love the performance of it.
I'm pretty surprised this song hadn't already come up.
Great reaction DAVID. (Sis ANGER🎵) this song is brutal David 🤘🏽😎🤘🏽🖤🔥🔥🔥
I love the energy of this song
absolutely amazing and insane 🖤🖤🇯🇵🇯🇵😊😊
I love this song
There's an uncensored lyric video of this song that's pretty f'ing hilarious, you should check out it out but probably not on here 😉
Good reaction, thanks!
Sis. Anger:-
This is 1 of 4 BLACK BABYMETAL (MOA & YUI) MoiMoi songs. The other 3 are:-
1. Onedari Daisakusen.
2. GJ.
3. Song 4 or 4 No Uta.
Sis. Anger is a song from BABYMETAL's second original album, METAL RESISTANCE, by Black BABYMETAL (Mizuno Yui & Kikuchi Moa) MoiMoi. This is arguably the most heavy and brutal discography Babymetal song ever produced. "BlackBabymetal" have the most heavy discography metal genre. Black metal & Grindcore combined.
You get pummeled out of your life when hearing this song. The contrasts between the vocals and heavy metal music 🎶just works.

Overview Lyrics:-
I hate it-the one who only thinks about himself
きらいだー 自分のことしか考えないやつ
It ’s cool, it ’s a little cool, and it ’s approaching.
かっこわりー ちょーかっこわりーから 近づいてくんな
I hate it-I can't do it, it's useless, it's the limit
きらいだー 無理とか無駄とか限界ですとか
I don't want to hear from you.
かっこわりー ちょーかっこわりーから 聞きたくねー
I'll rehash your guts
お前のその根性 たたき直すぞ
Burn it, burn it, the anger hidden in your chest
燃やせよ 燃やせよ 胸の中に秘めた怒りを
"It's not Zakken! Hey! Oh!"
「ざっけんじゃねーぞー おい! おら!」
I don't know if I won or lost!
勝ったか 負けたか かんけーねぇ!
"It's not Zakken! Hey! Oh!"
「ざっけんじゃねーぞー おい! おら!」
The only thing that matters is whether you are serious or not!
大事なことは 本気かどうかだけぇ!
I hate it! I hate it! I hate it! I hate it!
きらいだ! きらいだ! きらいだ! きらいだ!
I'm crazy! I'm crazy! I'm crazy! I'm crazy! Idiot!
気合だ! 気合だ! 気合だ! 気合だ! ばかやろー!
I hate it-I'm not serious, but I just have excuses
きらいだー 本気じゃねーのに言い訳ばっかり
It's ridiculous, it's a little frustrating, so it's not for that vine
ふざけんな ちょーイライラするから そのツラ向けんな
I don't like it, but I'm strong
きらいだー できもしねーのに強がってるやつ
It's ridiculous and really frustrating, so disappear
ふざけんな マジイライラするから 消えてくれー
I'll rehash your guts
お前のその根性 たたき直すぞ
I'll burn everything with the flames of anger
怒りの 炎で 全て焼き尽くしてやるから
"It's not Zakken! Hey! Oh!"
「ざっけんじゃねーぞー おい! おら!」
I don't know if it's good or bad!
うまいか ヘタかは かんけーねぇ!
"It's not Zakken! Hey! Oh!"
「ざっけんじゃねーぞー おい! おら!」
You can reflect on it, don't regret it!
反省してもいい 後悔してはダメー!
Fight! Fight! Creeping temptation!
戦え! 戦え! 忍び寄る誘惑と!
Fight! Fight! Scream the wrath of the rain!
戦え! 戦え! お雨らの怒りを叫べよ!
"It's not Zakken! Hey! Oh!"
「ざっけんじゃねーぞー おい! おら!」
I'm sorry? Forgive me?
ごめんねぇ? ゆるして? どーしよっかなー?
"It's not Zakken! Hey! Oh!"
「ざっけんじゃねーぞー おい! おら!」
Is it a lie? Gomasuri? Good! Come on!

Thanks for the great reaction David, very fair score and not one of my favorites, but still a great song during a concert. As for the views, that's not from an official Babymetal site so the number of views doesn't matter (and this will probably be taken down at some point). As far as I know there is no "official" music video for this song.
Another great reaction, David!
The intro sounds like Azula from Avatar lol
A note about production, but I've always been impressed by the artwork and music for their intros and interludes alone.
Babymetal ❤️🔥
BM rules. ❤❤❤
Bien dicho 🖤
Hallelujah.. This slip through 'eye of Koba'
Honestly thought you were gonna give it a lower score 😅 I knew it wasn’t gonna be your vibe but I love the song
Cheers!
This is one of the greatest concert performances IN ALL OF HISTORY
The song is about boys, not men.
Yui and Moa were 16 when the song was released and when it was first performed.
Pure power 🖤🖤🖤
FEELIN' YOU MrBusterle!!! Glad to hear you are enjoying the channel.
This is the Tokyo Dome show. Have you reacted to Babymetal Death from the same show?
I know I reacted to Babymetal Death, but I'm not sure if it was from the same show.
Great job all around
I'd like to see you react to the Black Babymetal song "Song 4." There's a behind the scenes twist to that one.
He has done reaction to song 4. It got blocked so is on patreon.
@@paulmarks3662 Thanks.
@@paulmarks3662 This.
You keep knocking the low numbers of views for some songs that were posted to fan channels.
If these were on the official TH-cam Channel for the artist that might make some sense.
The only thing wrong with Black Babymetal songs is... They are way too short... Good reaction fair score.... See you!
Hey! David-metl 🤘I am waiting for a your opinion about 「From Dusk Till Dawn」(babymetal) 2021 Budo-Kan tokyo Live . please next reaction 🦊
Fun song from our dynamic duo but it is MY least favorite of the 4 Black BABYMETAL songs. Still love it but the other 3 are way more fun for ME. 🤘🦊🤘

Metal Kingdom just dropped and Suprise Suprise it's a Banger!! 🤘🦊💕
🔥🦊🔥
Black Babymetal (Yui and Moa)!
= Kawaii Comic Metal ;)
That stage also had an elevator a hundred feet up to a secondary set of stages above
HA HA, I liked before the video ended, I´m such a rebel!!! 🤣
Black Babymetal😁😁😁🤘🤘🤘
Finally
The video at the beginning is called a Kamishibai
R.I.P. Mikio Fujioka 🔥 🎸🔥 🙏
Keep in mind that Su-Metal was only 16 at that time & already a f*** badass!!
He already has a reaction to Rondo.
Did you not watch the video? He said he thinks it was Black Babymetal and he knows very well that it's Moa and Yui only smh.
SMH. 🙄
David has already reacted to Tale of Destinies from the previous night ... also The One but from a different performance.
