I just realized that 56 must be a very early one, 56 have cooling lines from radiator for the tranny. Only 55 have air cooled. I have owned about 6 of these birds over the years, they are the best car and value out there
fantastic Video, Thank you! Unfortunaely i had very bad experiences with theese new china fuel Pumps. They seem to last about two weeks. If your car doesnt run anymore, get your old Pump rebuild.
Just bought a 56 T bird and ran across your video looking for maintenance tips, did you have to adjust the carburetor after getting it back to get the car started..?
A little work and waiting is worth it I just had a new water pump and therma stat put in my 99 doge ram 1500 wheel chair van before the new year they both went out about the same time after it rolled over 64 thousand miles no problems with the engine or transmission runs good not the easiest to replace parts everything is tight under the hood the doge ram van from 96 up to 2002 I've always liked the ones from the 80s not so much that's just me good luck with the car good video
I really love the styling of these 50s Thunderbirds. Nice find
The T-bird is a beauty! You definitely don’t see 1950s T-bird‘s rolling around. I’m definitely looking forward to more contact on this car 👍.
Excellent video and a T-Bird time capsule. Love the tachometer. 😊👍
In love with this car....thanks for giving It a new life and the opportunity to break some necks even nowadays....Good video! 😉👍🏼
Those tires look incredible Kyle! Big fan of whitewalls (especially the thin stripe style). Looking forward to more progress on this T-Bird.
As a 1950’s Ford registered technician, you get my endorsement. 👍
Awesome video... learned a lot. I inherited my dad's 56 T-Bird also no tranny cooler lines, I had no idea it has an intake port for air. Great job!
wow does she ever start and drive nice after you fixed her up awsome video kyle thumbs up and shared
Glad you got this 56 thunderbird a new lease bro not bad at all

HAPPY 2023👍
Nice T-Bird, as always I enjoy your presentations. Very worthy of restoration 👍.
Kyle, I've been watching you since 2009. Your content just gets better and better!
Same here. Love your content as always Kyle. Keep it up.
Beautiful 😍
Such a beautiful car 🚙
Yes whitewalls are a must.
This car reminds me a lot of your grandfathers car just cause it’s white I guess I believe his was a Lincoln tho !! Man I miss that guy a lot .

are you doing to rebuild that t-bird ford 1956 engine and transmission just asking my friend
That’s so awesome
Bonito coche de los años 50.
nice video, the intake manifold being open during your video was making me nervous
It looks like new!
Good looking TBird there, Kyle, do you still have that red 95 power stroke F350
Fiu fiu, super, klasyczne i ładne auto
Can someone explain me why the back wheels at 17:59 rolled when the engine started? Is that normal?
Nice 🥰

That carb is a real pain. Many old ford's have burned. I changed it to a 465 cfm holley square bore. Perfect!!
Beware of China fuel pumps!!
Since the wheels were red and the steering wheel appears to be red, the car was probably Fiesta Red.
Did u find out where the rear noise was coming from?

Restore the car's underbody!
Why did you tear the trunk mat up. Such a shamed
It was already crumbled in many places, and it was dry rotted. Unfortunately there was no saving it.
What’s up and DONT GIVE ME SCAM THING SCAMMER COMMENT
