We loved Tassie. We were there last Dec Jan for 5 1/2 weeks. Bruny was a special place. We had a few days before Christmas and Christmas Day on the island and left before the crazy rush that began on Boxing Day. Our weather was perfect even warm enough to have a dip at Adventure Bay and Cloudy Bay.
Poor Tim being picked on till he broke down at the 27 min mark _ what a saint.😅 We did Bruny Island last year but refused to pay the fee to go further to the lighthouse. In QLD all National Parks are free to enter unlike other states - sorry to sound cranky but maybe everyone should pay what their home state charges - just to be fair. To finish on a positive we do love Tassy, it just feels good to be there.
@@ThumbsUpAustralia Funny you should say that because many years ago on our first Tassy trip we came across a few Queenslanders who moved to Tasmania and ran guest houses like Mrs Currie's at Richmond I think (where you can stay in a bedroom built in the 1820's by a freed convict) and the magnificent Ormiston House in Strahan. They were all planning to get back to warmer climes.
I liked this style of vlog - let the pictures tell the story. Magnificent wildlife and scenery.
Thanks so much. Glad you enjoyed it.

Love the Pennicott boat tours. Have done several of them and they never disappoint.

So blessed to have spent so much time here.
So happy that you got the ram fixed

Looks fabulous there - where did you stay? What did you do with the dogs on all your outings please?
We stayed at the adventure bay caravan park. Was really great there. We mainly leaved them in our van. It’s all about timing with our doggies.
