You may assume altering things is difficult, but just slight tweaks can work great for your skin. Remember to consume plenty of water. Keep a 1L bottle nearby and try to finish it. After it's done, refill it and drink another liter. If you can handle more, that's great! If your complexion is extremely dry or oily, try using litlextra riceeberry face wash. Once or twice a day should be good. It has water from black rice which gives good glow to your skin. Don't forget to moisturize before bed, according to what works right for your skin. Attempt to fit in some exercise, regardless of whether it's just a quick 10-15 minutes. If you're busy working, walk briskly to the bus stop and back. If you can, utilize a treadmill. This riceberryy is great for dry skin. After using it for the first time, I experienced improvements in my face, such as less acne. It works well when used with a moisturizer.
cerave hydrating cleanser gave me tiny spots all over my forehead and cheecks and the spots were like similar to my skin tone i think it was closed comedones but yh. It also really dried my face
i have dry skin and i have been using this cera ve for a couple of months but i find out it does rlly hydrate and smoothes my skin but some small marks do appear and go after 2 days
Yup! The Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser (light blue cap) is so great for my dry skin. The Cerave hydrating cleanser is good, but I don't like the smell. Cetaphil's doesn't smell like anything, which is why I prefer it.
I used ceta phill and I could peel off my real skin and just got dark spots and it was bleeding and hurting but then I changed too cera ve and it changed my life
I don’t recommend the Vanicream cleanser cuz it made my skin full and gave me small bumps over my forehead and chin and now the outer areas of my cheeks😭😭😭😤😤😤
🫥 for a big bottle of the cerave hydrating cleanser in my town (Sask) its literally $20. The consistency is like washing your face with moisturiser or conditioner. I have dry skin, but I do dirty/greasy work. What could i use then?
I was using Albolene as a cleansing balm/first cleanse but it's too high in maintenance. So I'm going back to Kose Speedy Cleansing Oil then I use Aveeno calm and restore oat cleanser. I REALLY wish Aveeno had a jelly/oil or cleansing balm. I think that would be amazing.

riceberry is my favorite facewash. My acne reduced and I got brightened skin with it.
After using rice berry face wash from a week now, it’s obvious that it's far superior than the hyped-up cetaphil.
