Changing Tires and Inner Tubes on your Velombile

- After 7006 KM a front tire tore, resulting in the inner tube poking through it. Time to replace the front tires with smaller racing tires and matching inner tubes. Let me show you how I do that
Good tips Jules! I saw another QV YOU TUBER recommend the 28x406 tires. I'll be picking my new (to me) QV up next Wednesday, so I'll have a chance to put all your tips/suggestions into practice!
That’s good to hear. Those tryker tires I did have on it before aren’t produced anymore by the way. I do suspect that the Stock qv still will have the 40/406 tires on it. These are fine too. I think somewhere in the future I will make a follow up on this video about my experiences with 28/406 tires. I hope I still have the same braking power :) since I usually drive pretty fast
I am now OFFICALLY a velonaut. Got home last night with my QV+. Had the chance to ride a couple of times while in Virginia and I am VERY impressed with it. Still have to get it dialed in, but I am loving it. Hope to get a video of posted in the next week or so.

@@julesvelomobile I have my first video up on my page. Been working on it this morning getting sensors mounted and other small things. Changed out the full hood for the open hood due to temperature. Loving it so far! How arte the new tires working out for you?
