Dear Sir, That Aman Hotel you showed is being built on the place of Champlain condo tower that was catastrophically half collapsed in maybe 2021 or 2022 due to land subsidence as much claimed. I believe any high rise building should never be built beside or on ocean fronts, as this is extremely dangerous. Take Care.
