Thank you for this accessory! The cartridge in our shower broke at the brass stem. Our house is 20 years old and runs on hard well water. After only 2 minutes attempting to pull out the cartridge, I realized I needed a to buy the correct tools. After researching, I purchased the ONA puller set and the broken stem accessory. It got me 75% of the way there. Likely due to user error, there was an even tilt from the top screw compared to the lower one. The crank pull worked well until the carriage broke after being 75% out. Luckily, I was able to easily remove the rest with a vise grip. I still consider this money well spent because I could have not done this without the tool, and now I have it for future needs. This is a great solution!
Wouldn't it show better if you actually made the video using an old cartridge that's been sitting in its column for decades, so you run into the issues that most do? This looks easy enough on a clean, new setup.
@@barryewalterseniorco Wouldn't you like to know if your product actually works in real world situations, as oppose to the most ideal conditions that are rarely ever the case? Maybe thinking like a plumber would be beneficial overall to the company, but maybe that's just me...

That's what i was thinking.
It is just a demonstration video. We are a machine shop, not plumbers.
