Thank You. I'm planning on getting a new camera soon so hopefully the audio improves. Ya I agree about the bucket. I should have bought one right off the get go. You can definitely move more material with it and save time.

This machine has the optional internal and external counter weights available only through Groundhog Equipment in Middleburg PA. The counter weights they used are also manufactured by Groundhog Equipment in Middleburg PA.

Would it be a benefit to leave that blade on your excavator or hurt it any? I’m learning a lot and you have swayed be into possibly buying one instead of a subcompact tractor. Thanks and keep the videos coming

Well you could leave it on if you wanted to but it's just another attachment that could be easily changed for different job requirements. I would think it would make a good snow pusher too if you turned the tooth bar upside down. If you decide to try it just make sure it doesn't interfere with the tail swim of your excavator when the blade is clear up.

Do you work for or sell Groundhog equipment? I’ve watched a lot of your videos and I do enjoy them. Your very creative.

Well to be honest the channel was a father and son project. The owner of Groundhog equipment helps me out with equipment and he gets Brand recognition on TH-cam so it's a win win for us both. I would have bought a GroundHog Mini Excavator regardless because I needed an excavator and Nicks prices, warranty, and support made my decision a no-brainer. I now have a brand new machine that cost less than an old broke down bobcat and it has done everything I have asked of it. I actually own three Groundhogs now and I would definitely buy another. Thanks for watching!

I just bought a new phone and camera. I also just ordered a new microphone. I'm holding off on my next Video until the new microphone arrives. Thanks for letting me know. I've been struggling with this issue for a while.

How are you liking the BH 14G-2? I have one, and like it, but I have had problems with fuel starvation, have you encountered any of that kind of issue?

    • @gardnersgroundhogminiexcavator

It's been working pretty good so far so no complaints. Have you checked the fuel shut off valve to make sure it's all the way open?

Another thing you might look at is your choke cable. If it's seized or broken your choke may be slightly on letting your motor start and warm up but once it's at operating temperature the motor won't run right. Just a thought.

Your probably right but that's one thing I don't have at the moment. I'm finding that the attachments for the mini excavators are much more economical than attachments for the mini skid steers though. Either way there's always more ways than one to do a job. I usually use a tractor and rake for this job but most people come to the channel to see what an mini excavator can do.
