Once they fix up the house and sort through stuff, they won’t want to move!
Hutch in entryway big miss for me…book shelves or a built in would have been better… overall like night and day! Great job
My best guess: This was video'd around 2000. It's amazing how much taste has changed since then -- far more than in the previous 20-30 yrs.

Nope, just put a throw rug over the holes. Ouch.
Not when you’re selling a house. If people see new carpet, they don’t want to pull it out because it’s new and if they don’t like it, then it hinders their buying. Some things are worth fixing up a renovating because they will sell your house and some things are not.

Honestly if they added a bespoke built-in storage unit in the entry there really is no reason to move from this house

I get not liking something like carpet, flooring, cabinets.....stuff that stays in the home, but why do people come in and complain about the furniture, and its configuration? Its not staying, you don't have to have that be a dining room! Very disappointed that they covered the holes in the carpet with a rug, feels wrong
But did it sell???? They haven't told us!!!
I think the main problem is that the house looks run down, and the dining table, sofa and computer desk are in a weird place.
Some people have only bad taste, these are 2 of them.

You should be able to buy a house without even going inside. 99% per cent of houses are the same inside as the outside.
