@@level3xfactorThey _could_ if there are different levelled kaijus. Currently there are none but nothing is stopping them from printing Kaijus that can level up.

Kaijus don’t level up, otherwise they work like the Ultra Heroes.
Nothing about kaijus need explaining. All the rules for Ultras apply to Kaijus too.
