This is more for those who are curious how it looks on the inside, since DIY repair of this part is not worth the hassle. If you don’t have scooter repair experience and don’t own the needed tools, I would recommend you to get the scooter repaired by a qualified scooter technician.

Is the throttle of the Kqi2 the same as for the Kqi3?
Not 100% sure, but my best guess is that it is identical. The process of replacing it should also be the same.
hi do you know how to fix the locking latch. More specifically the black metal part that locks the stem together?
Not sure, what is wrong with it? I would have to see some photos or video of it to see what might be a problem and maybe I would be able to suggest a solution. If you can upload some photos on imgur or create a YT video and reply with a link and I will try and help if I can.
@@Lantea13 I will do that. Customer service at niu has been terrible at niu. I sent it in for repairs then they sent it back with the latch broken. So they sent me the parts to install it with no proper instructions. So I will make a video for you hopefully u can have a better idea of how to fix it.

Hi, how do you actually remove the throttle. Got the grip off but cannot seem to take the throttle off?

My throttle sticks at about 20 percent, can I just lube it?
I would try using a silicone lubricant.

nice video. did you have a picture for me from the connector of the throttle wich is inside of the rubber? i wanna check out if there is an other aftermarket throttle wich will fit to the NIU KQI. i think these NIU throttle models are not very good from quality.
maybe the xiaomi/ninebot throttle will fit.
There is a detailed schematic of the throttle wiring on page 25 of the KQi3 service manual that someone linked a while back here www.trovaprezzi.it/manuali/niu_kqi3_pro_nero_rose_gold.pdf the throttle is the same as on the KQi2

For the front wheel I replied in your other comment ("you need to remove the orange stickers, and the screws holding the plastic covers and then remove the wheel, this diagram shows you the details i.imgur.com/XxzzORT.jpg "); the back wheel you can see that from this video on the back fender th-cam.com/video/51C4HHwN7WQ/w-d-xo.html, see at th-cam.com/video/51C4HHwN7WQ/w-d-xo.html?t=226 you loosen the axle nuts, disconnect the motor wire from the controller, and remove the back wheel with the motor.
As for disassembling and repairing the motor itself, that is beyond the scope of simple scooter repairs and I don't plan on taking apart the motor itself. If for some reason the electric motor broke you should still be within the two year NIU warranty so I would suggest you contact NIU support for repair or replacement if it does not work.
