Every other vintage menswear youtuber talks about how important it is to dress subdued, how you shouldn’t dress too loudly and draw attention to yourself, meanwhile you throw all that out of the water and pull some of the craziest, most colorful vintage fits I’ve seen, AND PULL IT OFF
Thanks so much! I think there is a muted trend in #menswear that makes people comfortable and the truth is for many people wearing a lot of color and patterns isn't practical in their lives. They often dress for work and not for play. I do both but I work for myself. However there are ways to incorporate color and pattern into a wardrobe while at the same time not going to the levels I do. I just think it should be done without fear. Dressing should bring you joy.
These outfits are perfection! I love that I am seeing more men who are so interested in vintage fashion, and I love your style and confidence, as well as Darlene’s! It is truly inspiring! By the way, you were a super adorable baby in that sailor outfit!

Wildberry lavender was my favorite because I love seeing all those purples work so well together. That a whole outfit can thrive on a single color story but look varied and structured. Sun-popped corn comes second because I love that wonderful clash of patterns between the outfits and the backdrop. Both of you looked absolutely lovely!

My favorite piece i have 1930 deadstock wool fedora.... i prefer classic vintage but also love ideas and culture. Orange her hair colorwithe container ,, your bowtie,,, excuse typing n shrt hnd, i use 1 hnd mostly injured,,, then i loved the all the color in with the watermelon and then of course lavender,,
