Ah so the story goes like this, The two of them(idk what kind of relationship they have cause from the lyrics the girl had a bf until he dump her(him) after switching) meet up and for whatever the reason hook up and got struck by a lightning. When they woke up, their souls got swap with the other so the man has the girl soul and vice versa. At first the man(girl) is worried and reluctant about the swap but the girl(man) just took it as it is and enjoyed it. Later they teach each others what to do but it didn't really work, it turns out they are a better off doing whatever they want to do with the body they have now and it turned them into a better version of themselves(when they are still in their own body before the switch). So the story played out like in the video and both of them live happily every after, or that is what i think they meant by them flying in the end. Just my speculation tho, sorry for this >///
