That 2005 Cincy team was poised to go all the way. Palmer was having a career year and had probably the best receiving trio in Chad Johnson, TJ Houshmandzadeh, and the late Chris Henry. What people forget... that defense lead the league in forcing turnovers. It was a Cincy team that could play with anyone.

I'm a 9ers fan so no skin in the game, but you are 100% right. That injury derailed what was about to be a few years of a great Bengals run.

16:04 - I almost never watch the NFL, but I had that game on while chilling in my bedroom for some reason and watched that double doink.
I knew it was bad, but I wasn't really invested into the game to feel the emotions from it.. I just had a little "Ha!" moment.. Those Chicago fans had it out for the kicker that night. Lol

As a Bengals fan, the 2015 Game hurt worse than 2005 game. I can live with injuries as part of the game. In 2015 they had the game in their hands. All they had to do was run out the clock and they messed that up.

-6°F... I'm not sure what that converts to in Celsius, but it's lower than -6°c.
