S/he wishes that her/his life wasn't this way and that they were truly loved by everyone. S/he then decides to try to move on from the past by first leaving her/his "true friend" that s/he had been with their whole life and going out to find new friends who would love her for who she is.

He produces the sound from his head, not from his chest. It's easier to produce high notes this way. It takes a lot of practice. Also, I think there's some autotune on the high notes, to cover the lack of diction (It is really hard to keep up with the melody in these heights).
