J'ai fait 217 000 HP de dégât mais l'arme maudite Diablos n'était pas encore au bout de sa puissance, de plus dans cette partie je n'ai pas encore la Paella qui augmente non seulement l'attaque mais aussi la précision (qui influe aussi sur la puissance de frappe) de tous les personnage, j'ai donc du utiliser un vulgaire pot-au-feu qui n'augmente que l'attaque. De plus je n'ai pas du tout boosté mes stats, en attaque j'ai seulement 1550, ce qui fait la moitié de ce que l'on peut avoir (3000 au max).
Je pense refaire une vidéo dans quelques temps en ayant boosté un peu mieux le perso, je n'ai pas essayé avec le Fendoir de Gaya meilleure arme de Préséa outre les armes maudites), mais avec de meilleures stats il est possible que je fasse assez mal aussi, même si je ne pense pas faire autant que là.
Bref voilà, une vidéo assez fun...
Max level, 9k+ encounters, Diablos, Flare Bottle, Flanoir Potion, Over Charge compound EX Skill (Taunt + P. Charge), and Crimson Devastation. Taking it to the extreme!
I think everyone needs to be dead in order for her to use that incredibly powerful Mystic Arte.
I love this video. The way Sword Dancer furiously spin-attacks Presea like it's desperate, and she just completely ignores it and slams it to death anyway, is just iconic.
The technique is called Hien Messhoujin (Crimson Devastation). It is a Hi-Ougi that can only be triggered when Presea has: 1. Low HP 2. Rest of party is KO'd 3. Be in Overlimits 4. Have the Ex Skill Over Charge equipped. When Over Charge is used, Presea will automatically use Reppa Enshougeki (Infernal Ruin) followed by Hien Messhoujin. This skill cannot be used on the North American or European releases of the game, only the Japanese PS2 version.
Wow, too many requisites to a Hi-ougi. Thank God tales games nowadays make it much simpler.

but eh they pioneered the cutscene special attack to, so i guess i cant hate. Every game in existence has copied Tales Series to some degree
I think the reason why they ended up with low grade is because
1: had dead party members
2: used items
3: Took damage
4: Had low HP.

It's the ps2 version. That attack was Hien Messhoujin (Crimson Devastation in the English version of ToS2).
C'est vraiment exceptionnel ! one skill le pourfendeur en mode mania, t'a du vraiment farme pour avoir ce DPS ! :o

@Cxtrife You get Genious Hi-Ougi (Indignation Judgement) by using Indignation 60 times (might be 80 i forgot) and then get Genious in overlimit then us indignation (which will trigger Indignation Judgement). Colette's Hi-Ougi is random (???) But first you have to get use both Holy Song and Judgement 50 Times (might be more its been awhile sense ive actually used it on any file so idk how many times i used the moves before i got it) and if ur lucky while using one of them she will use her hi-ougi

@L0rnch Are you sure it's just 3? I'm pretty sure it's four, Lloyd, Genis, Colette and Sheena. Sheena just doesn't have the face clip.

Looks like Devils Arm with ALOT of kills. I think there's an EX skill that makes Presea stronger when everyone else is dead. Not sure what those items did though...

@Noureddin91 You can't beat Yggdrasil in the Tower of Salvation the first time you go. The battle ends automatically after some time(like a few mins) if you survive. I've tried. >_>

Crimson Devastation is ridiculous. It's absolutely ridiculous, and in my eyes, for all the right reasons. This is Presea's SECOND Mystic Arte, as in she has a normal one. How to get it to work is:
- Everyone needs to be dead.
- Presea needs to be in critical health (Red text)
- She needs to have the Charge compound EX Skill
- IN OVER LIMIT
- Use charge, then use Beast
In a normal game, near the end, I think that Crimson Devastation does about 40-50 THOUSAND damage. It's got that asinine of a criteria list for a reason.
Jeez, I sometimes forget how OP Crimson Devastation is.

Its amazing. It took me 6 games to realize there was hard and mania and by that time it got boring cause I knew everything. Never did beat "yaggisal" or whatever in the tower first time. You have to have all the weapon and at least 2x exp. I liked how Tales of Vespia pasted on the grade onto the new game+ and even refunded the previous game(s) grade when you beat it again. Helped allot. But, Beating Tales of symphonia 6-8 times over and 4-5 in a row kind of made me not want to beat them again.

@Wysiest they do?, as far as i knew only lloyd had hi-ougi, and need to equip the vorpal sword and firebrand :S, can you tell me how to activate colette's and genious hi-ougis? ( indigniation is not a hi-ougi)

I believe you need to be under a certain limit of HP, all other party members are dead, and you used beast 200 times at least. Then use beast and it should activate.

Used three items, three party members finished dead, few total hits, etc. Grade system is weird in this game.

Because that was before the PS2 Version came out. .-. unless you were being sarcastic.
Because the gamecube discs didn't had the neccesary space for all the things that could have been in the game, and making a 3rd disc with just the ending just too fit this content was a waste of resources. Luckily we have the PS2 version ported here :) sadly is blocked at 30fps and with other issues :T
when devil weapons are so strong this is no wonder, my nebilim makes with one hit 5000 damage, ok not as strong as ths axe, but it isn't difficult to make them lvl up

negative grade because battle ended with party on 1hp. The higher hp in party the more grade you get
