I can tell your an expert since you gotten tier 4 before the first spawnwave and you are lucky for your team to have mics and a valuable 173.
079 fully depends on his teammates, doesn't matter if he is expert or not. That applies for many support roles in games, so he is quiet lucky he got decent team.

scp079 is only good if you have a good team who you can easily communicate with. (Which is rare thing to happen btw)
