  • In 2024, 16 Cincinnati Public School (CPS) high school seniors graduated from the School to Work (STW) program. Among this year’s graduating class, 13 students are college-bound, two plan to enlist in military service to pursue careers in nursing, and one is immediately pursuing a career in healthcare. All of the graduates have credited their STW program experience as the reason for their career choices!
A collaboration between TriHealth and CPS, the bi3-fueled program gives CPS high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to gain real-life healthcare experience by rotating through and working in various departments and clinical settings at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Since its launch in 2019, nearly 110 students have participated in the STW program, and CPS student interest in the program has skyrocketed, with 90 applicants for 30 positions just this year!
