I just love the fact that Havoc knew who 99 was and told him to save himself. I headcanon that all the ARC Commanders met 99 during their training and looked up to him as a sort of big brother. Just goes to show just how close the Clones were with their brothers and never looked down on 99.

0:59 can someone explain why Havoc had P2 armor while the other 2 have P1 armor? Did ARC’s receive the P2 armor earlier than the other clones?

That's phase 1.5 not phase 2 (you can still see the helmet fin for example). And yes, ARCs were the first to have phase 2.
