In last video, you can watch, we tested two mixers one of 60 kg capacity and the other one was hundred KG capacity. The 60 kg capacity mixer rain very well while hundred KG capacity mixer could not run because the water was not able to bear the Lord up to 120 kg.
Today, we changed the gear motor and inviter of the mixer and tried again. Today the hundred KG capacity mixer which failed to perform yesterday, rain very well today. RPM of the motor are too high i.e. 80 rounds per minute. While RPM are so high, then there is an issue of power of gear motor because the power of care motor lowers as DM of water increase. That’s why we had to try more than three gear Motors. Finally, we succeeded to run the mixer. We we make mixers from 20 kg to 1 ton in different materials like iron, stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304, and stainless steel 316 as per the requirement of client.
