Looking great Al. As long as it is structurally safe, some seam sealer, paint and sound deadening mat will "hide the sins" as I call it. Once the carpet is in place no one will be the wiser.
If you told me 35 years ago that in 2024 I’d be watching someone work - on a video, I’d say to go take a walk. … but 35 years later I’m watching you work on your Studebaker with joy! Looks excellent Sir.
That's a big milestone for this build! There's always that one point where you get enough done to a project that you know you've transitioned to the other side of the hill. Looks like you're close on this one! I just reached that point on one of my cars but I've had to step away, due to work and other projects around the house. Hopefully, I'll get back on it next week.
Glad to see you’re using gas with the mig instead of flux core wire. I don’t know why Tony won’t spend the few bucks to buy gas. For the price of a few packs of cigarettes he could have nice welds instead of the bubble gum mess he gets.
Al , Happy too see you and the lark are looking a lot better.
Looking good!
Nicely done Al.....💯🙂👍🙏
Looking awesome!👍
Looking good Al!
Looks good al
Solid work Al. You now have a floorpan reminiscent of a turtle shell.🙂🐏

Man. The black on the floor pans seen with the black of the exterior makes the progress really pop. Stoked for you sir.
Joining the end of the new tunnel to the rear seat floor was really tricky. I like your solution. Should be pretty strong.
Thanks
