I've had it 2 days. So far put $875 on it, all non-category. Getting 5X on everything (but rent) for 5 days. Paid $500, waiting for the rest to post. $43.75 base points $54.68 1.25X Redeemed on BILT Travel $96.25 2.2X Avg Travel Partners value And I haven't even started on rent...yet. If they add Airbnb to the mix, I could use my 3X General Broad Travel card and get 4X booking through the BILT Rewards portal. That portal being open like that and giving 1X on any card used is great! SMART.

I received my BILT card with a 5X 5-Days offer. I paid as many as my bills as possible for the next one year or 6 months. Of the bills that are remaining, I will always pay them on the 1st to get 2X. By the way... Did you know that any non-BILT card booking through their travel portal gets 1X? That's right. I have a Visa that gives me 3X broad Travel, and 2X on everything else. I can use it to book BILT Travel and effectively get 4X. 1X BILT Rewards 3X My non-Bilt Visa. Compare that to Chase Sapphire Preferred and Freedom Unlimited.
How does it work? Do u get a statement credit back for the credit card fee or does the bilt card give u certain numbers to type in so it looks like a checking account? Its so confusing cuz nobody makes a actual video on how it works

Like I want the bilt one, maybe a travel card, and definitely an every day card. Maybe even some sort of store credit card as well. But obviously I’m not sure if I should apply for all at once or do something like wait every few months to get a new one. Also are retention offers from credit card issuers an actual thing if I call up and they offer me like 20k points to stay? TPG says it is at least.
depends on the merchant you're trying to pay. Some merchants allow you to put CC info and others just your account # and routing. CCs don't have routing #'s
Have you had any problems with this card? My friend just got this card and I learned the card is backed by Well fargo. He had problems with this card on the first month of paying rent witht his card which made him “late” on rent they locked his card and it took him almost 2 weeks to deal with this because as you know, Well fargo don’t like helping customers. I’m thinking abuut this card but Well fargo is scaring me. It’s worth?
I have this card and you won't earn anything if you just use it for rent , just so everyone knows. You have to make a minimum of 5 purchases a month to earn the rent credit.

They have those other spend categories so you can use the card in those other spend categories. As for 5 purchases, reload Amazon account with $1 five times. Or go pump $0.01 of gas 5 times 😉
Why cant you pay it as rent? You can make a payment to the landlord (your partner/parent/yourself) and get a check in the mail 7 days later to cash in at the bank.

If only they would put that on mortgages. But those every so often transfer bonuses could make it worth it. Might need to make a spot for it

As far as I know they can mail the check to your landlord even if it’s a PO box
