They where the predecessor group to blackpink, and started everything girl crush from 2009 forward in the K-pop scene. 2ne1 disbanded the year blackpink made there debut, 2ne1 has alot of parallels to blackpink. Firstly fierce leader, fierce fashion icons = CL - Jennie. Famous visuals that can pull anything off = Sandara - Jisoo. Vocal queen's that have very very unique tones and quality's about there vocals = Park BOM - Rose. And dancing queen baby's of the groups that leave no move undone and leave all fans wanting more = Minzy - Lisa. The difference between blackpink and 2ne1 was the eras they came out in. 2ne1 was more EDM based with growth and improvement over the years.
