And Tuecer quest is supposedly taking time a while after the whole Rex Lapis thing. So I believe it, Childe is that kind of shady, grey area character that isn't your friend (because you can't trust him) but you can still like each other and be kind of allies

"And", not "so" - because of this barely visible difference, people misunderstood the true meaning of the sentence.
However, I don't doubt Miko. Scaramouche (real name: Kunikuzushi Raiden), being the "clone" of Electro Archon Ei Raiden, he has some of her powers, with most of them being sealed within. Dottore modified the puppet to make him loyal to the Tsaritsa and Fatui, and probably was given a Delusion (however we don't know which one - definetly not Electro as it is his primary element)

I find Childe and traveler relationship so nice, they’re not really enemies neither they’re the close friends, they have this kind of relationship where they both like to see each other’s limits and abilities and improvements, it’s like Goku & Vegeta. Like I could literally trust you with my life but if we fight I won’t hesitate to cause you serious injuries lol.

Childe is a genocidal battle junkie who basically excuses everything with "its just orders", Il Dotore is basically Heinrich Himmler with all the unethical human experiments he does for shit and giggles and Signora and Scaramouche are not much better for all we haveseen so far. I do not really care for such allies. But again, maybe just personal preference.
