i discovered aaliyah my senior year of high school while tryna learn makeup in time for prom.
10 years later and i'd call myself really good at makeup but i still find myself coming back to her.
my favourite thing about her is how she marches to her own drum and tends to break rules of the trade. her little tips and tricks have helped way more than anyone else. "i know a lot of people do it this way but EYE do it this way" is my fave thing to hear her say. it just shows another level of mastery and understanding that can only come with true individuality.

I love this ❤. I know u don’t like setting spray but I recommend elf dewy coconut spray. It’s hydrating but not oily and gives best glow, set well etc. my only spray ima ever use. I have dry skin as well so it’s perfect ❤❤
