Do it for your health and sport of it. I’m 34 and still do local fights for fun. You’re absolutely young enough to have fun and fight.
You don’t want a career in fighting anyways. It pays ZERO dollars. Do it because you love it. Or else you’ll lose anyways.
I started at 6 years old im 31 year old now still training and still fighting in the ring.
My dad didn't do much for me but 1 thing I appreciate is that he forced me to go for boxing/kickboxing or muay thai... he always said when you become older you will thank me son... I didnt realise his words back than.. but now I know
never too late, started 4 months ago at 26 .. i frkn love muay thai .. oooouwweeee

He looks natural bigger than guys at 155 lbs. Even bigger that Tawanchai who fights at 155lbs.
@@paultvshow I can tell you right now I am the exact same height as nico Carillo and actually I am 155... There is no way in hell he is 155 he is much higher he must be look at the muscles

I miss my prime days at 51 years old I still do Muay Thai workout but only once a week no training
I’m 41 doing casual keep-fit work out 3 times per week. And hope can keep doing it into my 70s. Keep it up bro.
