Pekna rozpravka ako vždy. D'akujem, diky moc pre videa! Tvoje videa sù vyborne! Začinal som naučit' po slovensky a myslim že tato videa majú najlepšie metódu.
I like your teaching method of Slovak language through simple stories (fairy tales). You've done an excellent job... you have the right pace. I assume you rework the stories and select the best vocabulary for beginners. I appreciate how you explain the meaning of the vocabulary by providing other synonyms and using hand and body gestures. Thank you so much. Thank you very much. Please continue creating more Slovak videos.
I'm very grateful to you. I love your videos, they make learning the language a lot easier for me. I look forward to your other videos! Hello from Hungary! 😇🇭🇺
Thank you kindly (all the way from Australia) for the time and care you put into creating these videos. They are helping me learn Slovak so I can talk with my father-in-law who doesn't know how to speak much English :-)

1:13 and 1:22 I do not understand, in the first case you say bývajú (plural) for David, anka and 4 children. and a couple of seconds later, you say býva for 6 people , i was expecting a plural form as well🤔
Well done for noticing! In Slovak, for numbers 2,3 and 4 we use regular plural, but for numbers 5 or more, as well as other kinds of quantifiers (veľa, málo, trocha...), we use the verb in singular and the noun is in Genitive plural (not in Nominative).
@@LearnSlovakwithStories but david, anka, 4 children... that is in total 6.... unless when you say david, anka, 4 children you consider it as 3 entities (4 children counting as one entity among the three subject of the verb??! )
@@hervegalicher5358 I'm not sure what you're talking about, can you give me the whole sentence? Maybe I should have added that if there is no number or quantifier in the sentence, then we just use normal plural - it doesn't matter how many people there actually are.
Ok, I think I understand what you mean! It doesn't matter how many people there are, the numeral that is used in the sentence is what matters. In the sentence the numeral used is štyri, which means we simply use plural.
@@LearnSlovakwithStories yeah, got it. This is more because of the numbers or quantifiers that are used which will trigger a specific grammatical rule more than pure mathematical reasonning. Thanks

Great story, like the frequent repetition of some words 🙂
Glad you like it!
Dakujem =)
Ahoj Tatiana, nemáš za čo! :)
Дуже круто. Схоже на українську :)
Nice 👍
Is David a common name in Slovinsko?
Feels like stickman tricked his friends. For a lasting effect, they'll have to repeat the process, else the effect wears off.
:D
Hi Paulina. Kedy hovoríme : Baranok a ovca. Je to podobne?
Áno, je to podobné. Ovca je samica, baran je samec. Baránok je malý baran (diminutívum).
V tomto videu používam slovo baránok: th-cam.com/video/e2DHgDSy11U/w-d-xo.html
