As long as I been wearing wigs, I never realized why you don't use wig glue and I finally understand. Most of my wigs are ruined 😣 I wanna start building my wig collection so I can display them and I went through all of them and there all thinning in the frontal. Scrubbing of that glue from the lace ruined all my wigs. I rather install my wig every week then waste all my money.R.I.P to my 36 inch loose wave wig I loved soo much.
Yes people don’t realize putting glue on your hair is badddddddd. Not only for your edges but for your lace too. It thins the frontal out quicker than it would on its own.
Don't throw your wigs just replace the frontal

Honestly I’m not really a “glue” type of girla 🫠 but I’ll do it if y’all really wanna see it 🥸
I followed this video to the T to do my first install on myself. Was going good but never made it out the house with the look. The holding Gel is extremely sticky and messy (and yes I used a brush for application). And I even put a band on my lace to make sure the lace melted. Took it off after 30-60min and my wig was still lifting and sliding (I had my house on 70 cool. So no, it wasn’t hot). Took a break and left my hair wrapped all night, woke up to style my hair and ultimately pulled the wig off because all the products used together just wouldn’t dry for some reason. I’m extremely frustrated and wondering why this isn’t working for me as well 🥹 and when I say I paused to follow each of your steps exact, I did. 🥲
Something that has helped me is putting on a cooling fan or little hand fan to blow cool air after spraying a product on it without having to lay it down with a band. I feel like bands end up messing it up more sometimes so I just ditched em
