I loved the show!! However i disagree with Shiku. Yes we are so used to people doing shoddy jobs that when someone "does his job" we are taken aback!! Big question is the president doing his job to fight corruption? No!!!!! Mnataka nifanye nini sounds familiar?!!! - This was a shoddy response to a National crisis!!! Matiang'i has literally slain what the presidency has failed to do!!! The only problem with us Kenyans is good leadership springs up right before our eyes but we still want to snuggle around the warmth of our tribal cocoons!!! Then when we fail to make the right choices we resort to social media to complain year in year out how corruption is ailing us!! We have refused to be part of the change, we want to remain with the status quo doing the same things all over and expecting different results!! Did you guys see what happened in Gambia yesterday? Did you see the mass response to corruption in South Korea over the week? Britons made their voices heard with -BREXIT it was for the benefit of themselves. Americans also looked for their best interests in Trump as much as he was unpopular to the rest of us!! Aren't we inspired to make our voices heard? The world is making a statement and are we Kenyans part of that statement? I am Luo but in my vision for a tribe free Kenya, Corruption free Kenya Matiang'i has put forth a good CV and if he is not vying i will not bother to go register with IEBC come January!! I will not and will never be part of the Jubilee vs Cord shenanigans again!!! If that will be the case in 2017 then i will consider election day a good holiday to sleep in and bond with my young family!!
I really hear you, you saying the truth, it's sad to hear that you will not be voting, I totally understand, hopefully Matiagi will be vie (ing), I know of Miguna too, Peter Kenneth, Alfred Mtua, just very few genuine, hard working, leaders. We just don't see anybody like them for the presidential seat, however let's vote them in as governors & that may pave way for a better, honest, tribalism free president in future. Also we the millenials & generation X, we need to rise up & take our country back, in all sectors particularly the political arena.
