Better than XY? Or do you mean better than Harald? A couple of problems with Khan though. First, his expertise is kind of bugged and actually slows your rage cycle when it triggers. It resets your rage to zero meaning you don't cycle nearly as fast as you'd expect. Second, because of the cooldown on Joan's skill (10 sec) you don't get another proc from chosen one. Of course, like Harald, if Joan's 4th skill is not on cooldown and chosen one procs, you would also get Joan's skill which is kind of cool. However, I still don't think Khan + Joan would have the DPS that XY + Joan does and for city-poking you are going to prefer a march that can proc on turn 1 or turn 2 (which Khan can't). But I do like the suggestion. Khan isn't as bad in SoC as many people assume. He isn't quite the target on the OF that he used to be.
@@PsychOutROK yes I mean better than just Harold for Cheeseburgering only. He has a skill similar to Harald stanford Bridge that randomly activates the active skill again.
@@PsychOutROK chosen one acts independently from Joans 10 sec cool down. So in theory they both are going to operate separately because of her cool down. It just guarantees you hit them 4 times in one cycle more thank likely.
@@PsychOutROK yes XY is the better choice for open field but Khan city hoping fighting would be better because unlike Pakal, Khan has chosen one. You don't have to worry about his slow down effect because you are right buy the city. All you need is to hit them 4 times quickly and hop back in

But if you wanted to take advantage of that you'd have to run Khan secondary, which is already a bit awkward. Further, you'd have to have Joan's 4th skill in cooldown when Khan fires (e.g., maybe the 3rd skill cycle) and proc his expertise (30% chance) and at the same time Joan's 4th skill come out of cooldown. That is the only way I can see taking advantage of it. So I think you won't quite get the effect you are looking for as often as you are looking for. If Joan's 4th skill had no cooldown, using Khan would be a premium choice.
