Curious Kitty Gets Rescued From Tin Can

- Firefighters in Turkey say it took them about 8 minutes to free a cat who wanted to make sure there were no goodies left at the bottom of a tin can. One person held the obviously scared kitty, while the other used metal cutters to get the can off the cat’s head. And once this stray cat was free, they took off, which was all the thanks these firefighters needed.
Poor cat! At least those kind people saved it!

So happy to see humans giving back to nature. Each of us may be small and powerless in front of vast nature, but we should try our best to do good to nature.

Stop dropping trash on street! That trash, whatever it is, can kill any kind of animals!
Amen to that statement my friend! We keep seeing this week after week. Sometimes it's a bear sometimes a racoon. But no matter what type of animal it is, it's dangerous to the animals lives! Disgusting human behavior!
You know that stray cats go into garbage bins to eat food, right? It might've gotten itself stuck in one of the tin cans in there. Don't just assume things really fast.
This is exactly why I take them out of the random garbage bins. Stray cats and dogs get injured a lot like this.

Just a few weeks ago, in the middle of nowhere I was driving a water truck up behind where we were going to start paving for the day. I saw something right in the middle of the highway that just didnt make sense. It had the color of a fox plus some white but from a ways off the front of it was distorted. I had to shake my head and look again. It turned out it was a cat with its head stuck on a clear plastic jar. The look on his face was so heartbreaking. I got within about two steps of him and he took off. I couldn't get anywhere near him after that and he went down in the ditch and crossed the fence line. I thought there is no way I'm going be able to save him. About 20 minutes later I was standing by the paver and our loader hand was down by the fence moving really slow. I finally saw the cat was on the other side of the fence right in front of him. The cat couldn't hear much with his head in a jar and equipment running. The loader hand jumped up on the fence and then down on the cat. He was able to get the jar off and the cat ran like he was on fire away from the fence. He said he was skin and bones. No idea how long his head was in the jar but he wouldnt have lived much longer.

I found a cat dead in my yard that had a can like this over its head. It was so sad I buried it in my backyard. I wish I was able to find it while it was still alive and help it.

I would say neither: I have a cat and whenever she gets stressed (for example when she goes to the vet) she sweats through the pads on her feet and leaves imprints just like those! You can see at the end of the video that the marks start fading almost immediately, so I think she was just scared and was sweating a bit :D hope that helps!

This happened to my cat, Chaos. He was a stray off the streets that my daughter brought home. We cleaned him up, got him neutered, got his shots. He still would eat out of the garbage can at first cause he was so used to it. One day he got his head stuck in a Chef Boyardee Ravioli can. I thought we were going to have to take him to emergency vet services cause it was late at night. We managed to get it off and gave him a bath. His head was stained orange for 3 weeks!
Well it was clearly hungry enough to stick its head in the can, it should've been taken into care...
