Bharwa Baigan Masala
Serves 4 People
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
5 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Dry Mango Powder
1 Tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Grated Onion ( optional )
1 Tsp Garlic Paste ( optional )
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida/ Hing
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds Powder
2 Tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
2 Tbsp Raw Mustard Oil
1 Tbsp Besan
3 Tbsp Curd
Stuff Baingan/ Brinjal as explained in Video
3 Tbsp Mustard Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch Of Salt
Pinch of Asafoetida
Add Baigan/ Brinjal and cook as explained In Video
Add handful of Fresh Coriander Leaves
