this is a podcast bro. so usually covers various conversations.
As someone who has had 6-8 used luxury cars, it’s not as scary as ppl think. Simple key is inspect properly with a professional when buying. If you can afford a 30L car, buy a 20L used car and keep 10L in aside for maintenance and peace of mind. They provide a significantly superior alternative to new mainstream cars.
General Rule, never buy a 2nd hand luxury car until you have 2 to 3x the budget as liquid cash in Bank Account/liquid funds...The higher 1 segment increase the cash to 2X...All Luxury German brands in 2nd hand are endless money pits...Never fall for luxury/Sportiness until we have the excessive financial backup compared to new car from Japan/Korean brand of higher segment
100% agree... but sad the Korean cars don't have that surge in power when flooring... I own a Jetta 2.o TDI... it eats all my money but driving pleasure is unexplainable ...

Truth about EV: Good that you mentioned about the EV Battery Manufacturing Process.
AS of today, more than 80% Electrical Energy is produced using burning coal.
Which we use to charge our vehicle. And our Electrical lines loose nearly 23% percentage during transmission.
Using an EV does not magically clean our atmosphere.
EV is used a tool to gain dominance in the Automotive Industry over the dependable IC Engines.
End of the day we will get EV Range Panic after spending 5 times more price for a comparable ranged ICE. Example: An ICE can run 1000+ km on a full tank, meanwhile its same EV variant gives you 300 kms.
At last we can gain some import tax on Fuels, but still pay for coal import.
EV Market needs a higher ranged, non-blasting and efficient battery system to be mature.
Please start a consultancy service for all type of vehicle issues .

The hard fact is that the luxury cars are not only luxurious but also very safe. In India only the super rich and the affluent politicians afford luxury cars. That makes luxury cars forever a dream for many who ultimately end up in a cheap Maruti or Hyundai and risk their lives. The price of luxury cars shall be reduced by reducing the humongous tax levied on them. Spending 25 lakhs on a Maruti or Hyundai can never be justified. Moreover, there’s a kind of taboo attached to luxury cars as the society look upon the one who owns such cars as money launderers. Instead, luxury cars must be made affordable for at least a section of rational buyers.

Hi Asir Bro, i am one of the nermayana motofan, so wanted to give my honest opinion. it was not very straight to the topic that was discussed. it was one of the good topic you choosed, i was in that mind set only to buy a used luxury car, but the podcast was not good. you did not touch on the real challenges and issues. it was beating round the bush nothing in reality, it was only only luxuxry confort luxury confort you should have spoken much more in detail what are the challenges, difficulties, what to look out for, very disappointing podcast. you guys are losing the plot. just a honest opinion what i felt going foward be bold and tell out honestly and more to easily undertsndable to acommon motofan.
