In Angola, people enjoy angolan dishes like funge (made from cassava or maize flour), moamba de galinha (chicken stew with palm oil), calulu (fish or meat stew), and fresh tropical fruits. Portuguese cuisine is also popular. But my favorite Angolan dish is mufete, with grilled fish, cassava, banana, beans, and a delicious onion and vinegar sauce. 🙂
