Glad to hear you're okay Elijah. Loved seeing this vid. I'm coming over from Australia to run Boston this year and I'm working back from an injury setback right now so keen to ride along this journey with you. Hope it all goes well. Who knows, I may just bump into you at the start line. Huge fan, peace!

Would love to see an updated grocery haul and diet talk. A lot seems to have changed since the last one! 😊🙏

Lets go dude! 🔥 Your honestly my favourite all-time content creator, basically the sole reason I’m even a runner myself. I had to take December and the summer off last year too due to injury so I feel you. I would watch anything from you, but I do love the old school days of eating snd training, especially when bagels are involved 😁🤝

I’m running Boston this year, too! Hopefully both of us can get to the line healthy and fit 🙏🏼

I also had a super large carbuncle last December. Luckily I didn’t need surgery, just a lot of antibiotics. It’s great to follow your journey, let’s hit some PR’s soon!

Would love to see what you eat in a day, and also if you're doing any strength training to support your running. Thanks, and welcome back!!

You got this bro! Stay Hard
Set backs happen, I can totally relate.
About a year ago, I was close to hitting a long time goal of bench pressing 365…that was until I broke both bones in my left arm in a snowboarding accident lolol…fast forward to today, I’m finally back to doing 315 for singles. It’s been a hard grind, but all worth it, as it will be for you.
    Keep them calories high bro,
    Cheers

Almost one year out of a major knee surgery here. Biggest hurdle is what it does to you psychologically. I can personally say that with hard work, there's always a pathway back.

I’d like to see your shoe rotation, nutrition/how you fuel, are you incorporating other cross training such as hyrox. Looking forward to following you on this marathon prep series 🤗🇨🇦

Didn’t you say at some point this was an elective procedure and as such, insurance wouldn’t cover it?
I’m assuming this was perhaps a perianal abscess, and I hope to god this isn’t an elective procedure. Abscess can lead to sepsis dude!
