Tq for the compliment 😊 I’m using Idhayam sesame oil... but u can use other brand sesame oil or normal cooking oil ... there is no smell in curry if u use sesame oil and it’s very good for health too... even the curry wil taste yummy ... pls try it and let me know ur feedback sir 😊
