did you just use a 9 volt lithium battery? I saw this camera at an antique store today, but I noticed that it had it;s own battery that they don't make anymore. I heard that it could take a 9 volt battery also.
Was also looking for a comment about the battery lol I just ordered a 9V battery and the one I got doesn’t fit.. what brand of 9V batteries did you end up using?
@@mellowsday I took mine to a camera shop, and they tested it, but it made horrible noises with the winding. I had to throw it away. hopefully yours works.
i just bought one from an antique store!! i can see some dirt when i look through the peep hole im not sure if i should be concerned or not ive never used film before. where do you get film?
Try cleaning the peep hole and lens with a micro-fibre cloth. When you open the back you should also see a glass, try to blow it with a rocket blower. You can also just check after shooting and pray for the best. Whereabouts do you live? And congrats on the find! :)
im a little late to this video lols but i wanna buy this camera (and im going to) but i cant find the film u were using in this video "lomo 100" is there a link u might be able to give me so i can buy this film because i really love how the photos turn out. PLEASE AND THANK YOU
Hiya, it went really well! Got a number of people reach out to me, Billy being one of them. Thanks for spreading the news :) Every video will feature a different musician !
Cool! Fun isn't it? I go to my local camera store. In Toronto, it's Aden, Downtown Camera and Annex Photo. You can also do thedarkroom.com or international websites to ship.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who takes a lot of photos of street signs 🙈
They are just such an integral part of the city! Plus they look awesome with all those lights and shadows :)
Aaaaa, love this format! Also, it makes me so happy to see such a nice urban area, wish my city looked like that!
Thank you very much for the kind words! I appreciate the watch. Toronto can be alright at times, haha.

Haha, thanks Noam. Yes, the good bois and girls need the recognition. :P

Yes, a 9 volt lithium battery works. It might be a bit loose but should work just fine. :)
Thank you for this comment! I’ve been scouring the internet trying to figure it out

Have this camera having trouble finding a battery for it. Bought one on eBay but didn’t work. Any suggestions?
Heya, have you tried a 9V battery as a replacement for the Kodak battery?
A 9 volt is a little loose in the special Kodak battery slot, but they usually work just fine.

@@Sharktso amazing! Thanks. Would love to see some results. Happy shooting 😊
Was able to get myself one for 30$ in very good condition at goodwill with a clean battery and some film
That's a good find! How are you liking it so far?
@@MayShi still haven’t tried it because I don’t want to mess it up and also scared to put the film in lol
@@michaelgarcia4238 Shooting film is all about messing up and going with the unpredictability. You can do it!
What battery does it take I just found one at a garage sale for 3 bucks !!
Try a 9 volt battery if you can't find the Kodak battery for it. It might be a little loose but it should work!
Amazing steal btw!
Hey May, how did the music search go? Are you just using that one guy?

How do you disable the flash?
Unfortunately, you can't turn the flash off this cam. It will flash when it thinks a scene is underexposed.
Where do you develop your film? Have the same camera
