I just recently straight piped my GD3 Fit *caught caugh* small air leak *caught caugh* It's not turbocharged, but it sounds similar. To put it into perspective for the audio in the video, it does have a similar sound, it is loud enough to upset neighbors, it made a huge difference when I removed the resonator, but as soon as I put the stock muffler on, it's only a little louder than the stock sound, which I find funny. I don't know much about exhaust modifications, like doing different resonators, mufflers and the such, but if it had a tiny resonator to give the sound a small dial back for the rasp and a muffler to do a little bit of clean up, it would sound nice. I don't know much about mufflers, except that they muffle the sound, but it would be great to just be able to dial the noise back a tiny bit to make it clean, nit annoy the neighbors, but also at the same time sound super mean.
Thanks for the science experiment. I'm planning on getting a turbo kit from you once I get another daily. I'm trying to do this oem+ and have it pass smog test. Can you make a kit with a HFC and bungs for the o2 sensors? That and maybe defoulers would have it passing over here in Georgia. Also, what should I do if I wanted the blow off valve to sound more like the air brakes on a big truck? Tsssss
Hey! Yeah I could do it with a high flow cat and all the bungs, that's not a problem. And as far as the sound you want for the BOV there are a ton of different styles and I can use the one that makes the sound you're looking for.
I'm gonna put it on my e36 and see. It also came out a lot more square than I wanted it to, I should have cut more slits to bend in. I'll see how it sounds and most likely get a slip roll to be able to properly make them.

Yeah get a vibrant bottle resonator. It'll quiet it down a touch and help get rid of the rasp.

@@unequal_fabrication Thanks a lot. I'll be in touch.
Love this video. Wanted to see more testing with that mega phone tho 🥹
