Sir , in queen empress v. Abdulla case it was ñot held relevent because conduct was not influnced by fact in issue it was influencėd by questions asked to her.... as told by my teacher..i am confused.
Yes, in this case the statement of the girl was admissible under section 32(1) and not in this section, there was a long discussion on this case... Actually i wanted to convey something else by using this but it causes problem in understanding, i only wanted to say that how the conduct is influenced, anyways i will cut that part cause it creates problem, i know.
