This is the exact same reason why in an interview few years ago when the mc/host asked BTOB who is their main vocal then Minhyuk answered: "All our Vocal Line members passed as Main Vocal" Sungjae's voice was often overlooked because of the overpower vocals of his hyungs but Sungjae's baritone is like a breath of fresh air. Hoping to listen Sungjae's singing more English songs and showcasing his amazing vocal prowess
He is actually a natural baritone
I'm so glad someone else mentioned this, the fact that BtoB actually has more natural baritones than tenors usually goes overlooked cuz of the ridiculous ranges they have now after being in an industry obsessed with high tones, also speaks to how much work he's put in cuz this is the same boy that thought he wasn't as good a singer as the others cuz he couldn't hit the notes he can now

Sungjae's vocal tone is my favorite. This cover is shows a lot of his progress and talent. His english pronounciation also good.
Out of all BTOB voices, his is probably least distinct, but in return it somehow feels most durable and stable. Like the baseline you don't notice until it drops out. If I can't tell who's singing, 90% of the time it's usually Hyunsik or Sungjae.

Of all the amazing BTOB voices I think sungjae is the one that brings the emotional element. He is best at delivering emotions even though he may be bit behind the hyungs when it comes to vocal techniques and such.
Sungjae has been working on his English so much that it must have driven Peniel crazy at times but the result is so good. Even with how much I love his voice, I'm really proud of him with this English cover. He showed sooo many parts of his hard work over the years. Thanks for reacting to this. I would have to say that my favorite Sungjae solo is "Yook" from his solo album.

The BTOB composer line of Minhyuk, Ilhoon, and Hyunsik especially has described Sungjae’s vocal as bringer of the emotions.
So if one analyzed how the composer line distribute the lines they can craft how they want the emotions and power flow in their songs. They play the vocal line like musical instruments, so sometimes it feels like a choir.

Sungjae's vocal range is incredible, and so is the rest of BTOB's vocal line! I'm not sure why not many people mentions their crazy vocal range. Sungjae usually takes on the lower-lowest harmoy with BTOB like Hyunsik (hard to tell, but when you get to distinguish each voices of BTOB's members you will be amazed by their cover of BIG MAMA - Woman), then sometimes he goes as high as Eunkwang (see BTOB Blue - When It Rains live performance). He's INCREDIBLE!

Another leech trying to ride on others talent right out the gate. Benson Boone is still promoting the song and already you see all kind of Karaoke wannabe stars trying to make money out of his talent. This should only be aloud to do cover after a certain period of time so the REAL artist makes the most he can out of his art.

And is not about make money for Sungjae (fyi: he one of the richer heir and success idol/ actor in SK). He just simply wants to challenge his talent with difficult song! Because that’s mean he respect the original artist! If he want more fame, why he not cover others singer even more famous then Benson? That’s because he just like to challenge difficult song! Do you think this song fell out of the sky ? It's somebody else work and even BTS should know better. This is not a 20 years old song, it's 1 month old. Unbelievable.

So is benefit for the rising artists got more promotion without pay the marketing! Is all on your opinion really. The tittle in this cover already put Benson on credit! Unless original artist not on the tittle that’s you can judge! That’s because Sungjae maybe not fame like bts. So you judge him like a leech. Is not anybody can cover such a hard song!! You never check/ see the talent in this cover. You only come for cruel judgement!
