Diego Armando Maradona is the only player that is similar juggling/freestyling in my opinion. So fluid like dancing. The ball seems like an extension of their bodies for both Dinho and Diego.

I really find Maradona's juggling skills, not in a superior level than Dinho's, but sligtly better anyway. Maradona had more skill variety and less failings when performing it. Only if you've played football and tried to do some of these skills can you understand how hard it is, how much practice it takes, and how easy he makes it look. Probably one of the few footballers that could trade skills with actual freestylers

He is comfortably the greatest master of ball-control I have ever seen. the fact that I did not come to know this when he was in his prime years during the 'noughties has to be down to the media not making as much noise about it as they could have... I can only assume that he was disadvantaged in this way because he was - not to put too fine a point on it - facially unattractive with crooked teeth and an ugly smile. With a more pre-possessing countenance, he would have won a lot more than the solitary Ballon d'Or. Pele remains the greatest player ever for his goalscoring and the high return he got on his talent in trophies (3 World cups), but Ronaldinho gets my vote as the BEST player ever.

What Ronaldinho invented as elastico we long practiced it and called it tsamaya, V, tshwara keao fora or show me your number. We need to reinvent that culture.
