SS Minnow- How To Tie An Articulated Bass Fly

The SS Minnow was designed to catch smallmouth and largemouth all year long! This fly has a little bit of everything from other flies that I love and threw them all into one fly to be able to put fish in the net all year long!

I may be wrong, but I think you really could throw it on whatever type of line, whether its floating, intermediate or a faster sink rate. My only thing with fishing on floating line is I think that the laser dub head could be a little tough to get it down.

You can run either one but I enjoy using a light intermediate fly line for this fly.
