I remember when Crash made his decree to defend the hardcore title 24/7. It made for some very entertaining title defenses. Crash was constantly looking over his shoulder. Thank you for those moments Crash. RIP
rich allen Wow I'm not sure if you're really that fucking dense, easily offended, or you have a serious problem with sarcasm, son. I suggest you follow your own advice. This isn't the place for you.
I have a feeling that years from now, people will forget about Balls Mahoney dying since he died between more well known stars Blackjack Mulligan and Chyna in the same month.
I remember when Crash died, I was pretty upset because he was one of my favorites and one of those beloved ultimate underdogs yet, he made some huge contributions within a short amount of time.
Crash Holly was a beauty!! One of my favourite moments was him always being backstage with the APA and drinking and smoking and having fits. Anyways i think it was a tag match and crash was apparently 'drunk' which made everything super funny, He like fell off the top rope and a second try hitting his cousin hardcore and they lost. Pure entertainment ! we miss you Crash!
Crash came into the tattoo shop I was working at just shortly before he passed, he was living in a house here in my town, sad that he went out the way he did.
Deaths I did not know about were 1.Iron Mike Sharpe, 2.Mike Awesome, 3. Doink the Clown, 4. Sean O'Haire, 5. Luna Vachon ( I do agree with her that women's roles had become to sex-related). 6. Bam Bam Bigelow 7. Sherri Martell, 8. I don't remember hearing about Mabel/Viscera passing either. Half of them I didn't know passed. So I'd say that is a great list, considering I am a huge wrestling fan. I usually don't but I'm subscribing, I'm hoping you don't disappoint, keep the great videos coming.
I think Renegade should be on this list. He was an Ultimate Warrior knock off for WCW who went from big push to TV title to getting squashed by Goldberg to dead (suicide) within a 4 year time span (1995-1999)
I still remember reading where Umaga had been rushed to the ER on the Wrestlezone site and my heart sank as I knew that he had died. It wasn't until about 6 hours later that those fears were verified...Umaga had gone to that squared circle upstairs. Others, I had known about their passing as well. Sherri Martel's death was a "Stone Cold Stunner" to me as she played a great heel valet. Ravishing Rick was a sad time as well for fans...The list goes on.
Allante Herbert I honestly don't know the exact year, I just remember I was really into it at a young age, I loved it back then, I remember Mr Kennedy, Hornswaggle, MVP, Finley, Cena in his early days, I miss those days.
If I could wish any one of these wrestler back to life, I'd pick Test. He had so much potential, and deserved to be WWE champion atleast once, if not multiple times.
Thanks for making me depressed. I suffer from Bipolar Disorder, and seeing how some who are so successful still end in lonely dark times. I'm 36, and hearing Kanyon do that at 40 years my heart up. I knew Luna had Bipolar Disorder. Dave (Gangrel) talks about it and how we need to pay more attention to it (which I love the man for. I am a major advocate of mental health awareness and education). Mauro Ranallo makes me hopeful...but, as Robin Williams (and others) proved, your success has no bearing on what this disease does to a person. All of these are sad. It's terrible to hear the drug issues the business has always had...which is almost inherent by the nature of the company itself. That coupled with many having brain disorders & illnesses, it's a lethal combo. One that REALLY got me a few years ago was Sean O'Haire. That guy could've been everything & I had such high hopes for him in Natural Born Thrillers. Had they chosen HIM to be in Evolution instead of Jindrak, Batista may not have ever been there. He had so much potential. Then, my wife knew who he was bc she's a makeup artist who used to also do hair, and she had caught wind of the "wrestler turned hair stylist". I knew most of these (if not all), but it's just a sad list.
I had no clue.. Heard about Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage and lately Chyna but.. All of these names I knew in the late 80's-attitude Era. Just wanna cry for them, they were titans in my eyes as a kid and the very few times I bonded with my father.
Chris Canyon was, unbelievably, one of the WCW wrestlers who helped to train Jay Leno for his tag match at Road Wild where he teamed with DDP against Hogan and Bischoff. Most of these deaths were reported by mainstream media outlets, btw.
+Carson Brader probably had to re-edit for a copyright claim or something stupid like that. But you were absolutely right when you said it doesn't matter because is a good video nonetheless
RIP Crash I loved his WWF/E run the 24/7 HC title run was awesome! RIP to some many legends: Crash Holly Steve Corino New Jack Mike Awesome Macho Man Chyna Benoit (has to be mentioned. Unforgivable but his In ring work is too good to keep quiet) Eddie Ultimate Warrior Scott Hall / Razor Ramon Yokozuna Umagah Kanyon Bruiser Brody Doink Brian Christopher aka Grand Master Sexay Rowdy Pipper Andre Bam Bam Biggelo Visceria aka Big Daddy V Owen Hart Mr Perfect Jimmy Snuka Luna Trent Acid Balls Mahoney Test Big Boss Man
Here's my list and most died from natural causes since 2000, but these are the guys I grew up with:Bad News Brown, Black Jack Mulligan, BoBo Brazil, Captain Lou Albano, Chief Jay Strongbow, Chief Wahoo McDaniels, Freddie Blassie, Dusty Rhodes, Jack Brisco, Killer Kowaski, Paul Bearer, Playboy Buddy Rose, Verne Gagne, Lou Theiz, Nick Bockwinkel, and Mae Young..... And of course Chyna!
What about Rocco Roc and Johnny Grunge from Public Enemy? Both of them passed away within 2 years of each other and they barely got a mention. Big Dick Dudley, longtime manager and friend of the Dudley Boyz passed away in 2002. And most recently, we lost Chyna, Axel Rotten and Balls Mahoney.

A man who held the "Hardcore" Title 22 different times and winning "Tag-Team" Titles by beating the infamous "Rock 'N Sock Connection" with his uncle Hardcore Holly.
any one else slightly weirded out by those awkward moments in the video like during Big Daddy V's where is just kinda pauses or Test where he stops talking for that like half a second

what do you mean 'would you agree with our list?'. Are any of these deaths up for debate?
😂😂😂
Lol what they mean is do you someone else should have been on the list instead
+Mark Bradley I personally believe that Doink the Clown is actually living in Argentina with Amelia Earhart.
+jarret45 You are an idiot, please get the fuck off the Internet.
rich allen Wow I'm not sure if you're really that fucking dense, easily offended, or you have a serious problem with sarcasm, son. I suggest you follow your own advice. This isn't the place for you.

Ricky Steamboat is still alive.
I think Renegade should be on this list. He was an Ultimate Warrior knock off for WCW who went from big push to TV title to getting squashed by Goldberg to dead (suicide) within a 4 year time span (1995-1999)
Yeah, he definitely qualifies. I never heard of him so I had no idea he died.

At the time this video was published , she was alive ....There is a special tribute video in the channel , you may wanna check it out
This is a list of deaths we didn't know, everyone knows she died

Now Chyna's dead, what the hell ?
None of us will get off this planet alive

+Arcee yep
+Carson Brader Well, I included some other names and most importantly I edited out the clip that said Test was 7 feet tall ...lol

EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS!
You could have mentioned Chris Candido, who played Skip in the Body Donna's tag team that was managed by Sunny.
they forgot Chyna and Chris Benoit
She was very much alive when this video was published
this video is about people that you probably didn't know passed away and not people that are obvious and passed away.
They didn't forget Chyna, this was made before she died.
And people were forced to not acknowledge Chris Benoit. Not to mention everyone knew he died as he was last mentioned on Raw that year in 2007.
Thank you for making holly number one. He is one of my favourite characters in wrestling.
anybody else see a trend with all these deaths..??
drugs,steroids,pain killers,alcohol

What about Rocco Roc and Johnny Grunge from Public Enemy? Both of them passed away within 2 years of each other and they barely got a mention.
Big Dick Dudley, longtime manager and friend of the Dudley Boyz passed away in 2002.
And most recently, we lost Chyna, Axel Rotten and Balls Mahoney.
A tall..........muscular
i was wondering what he took out from that sentence.
+eastbayej nothing was taken out of the sentence, the video just lagged a bit during the rendering process and thats why there is a pause there. It happens another time just a few seconds before that line actually. pretty common thing on youtube
GMBRAND75 thanks homie.
eastbayej your welcome
+GMBRAND75 more likely the narrator had to pull away from his microphone for one reason or another mid sentence.
very interesting
Great video, sad subject
WOW! Crash should go into the WWE Hall of Fame.
A man who held the "Hardcore" Title 22 different times and winning "Tag-Team" Titles by beating the infamous "Rock 'N Sock Connection" with his uncle Hardcore Holly.
this was uploaded in my birthday
Bam Bam was one of my favorites.
Awesome.!!!!!!!
I knew all of those mentioned here died except "Iron" Mike Sharpe
I had no idea Chris Canyon died...he was a wrestling innovator of moves.
+Ozzie Edwards He was indeed a great talent
any one else slightly weirded out by those awkward moments in the video like during Big Daddy V's where is just kinda pauses or Test where he stops talking for that like half a second
