In 2023, Grede implemented a new skill-based compensation structure and training program. The program allows skilled trades team members to increase their wage rates by completing training.
The training is a blend of eLearning modules and on-the-job mentorship and allows skilled trades workers to complete the training on-site, at their own pace.
