1) TR Visa reduction is good for those already in Canada. They will give PR to Temporary residents and will confirm them to reduce Temporary residents. This is justified because temporary residents are supporting their economy and outsiders contributing nothing before entry and there seek express entry. Already Express entry draws reduced by Govt to meet the targets in this direction. Also they are including CEC in express entry draw. God job by Canadian Govt. (POSITIVE STEP)
2) LMIA validity period reduced is also good so that the people should apply as soon as possible. (POSITIVE STEP).
3) Spousal visa denied also good. the unskilled spouse entry is increasing population. (POSITIVE STEP).
4) Public Private colleges PGWP denied to break the nexus and fake admissions (POSITIVE STEP).
All positive steps in favor of students and Workers who are already in Canada. (ALL GOOD JOB NOTHING BAD).

Everyone in Canada knows you have to work a lot harder when you have Indian's on your shift. Canada has been traditionally been very welcoming to hard working people but the latest surge of South Asians are highly unskilled, arrogant and shameless about exploiting welfare. There are ample of universities that offers MEng in civil engineering or MEng in construction engineering and management. You have decent profile but the problem comes in the “backlog” part. University of Windsor will not give you admission with this profile. But u can try in Dalhousie university , Concordia University and university of Alberta.
Try to contact a supervisor who funds your masters. There is a lot of money for research in civil engineering. Prepare you CV and attach it to the email for the professors at different universities. Look up on internet " how write a email to a professor for funding my master" Also look for the research groups associated with those professor at each university.

Go elsewhere. Trust me i grew up in canada and lift is very hard here. Housing is super expensive and you will be stuck in low quality rentals paying landlord's mortgage. And now car prices have gone up as well.

The only job you gonna get is in Tim Hortons making coffee or minimum wage jobs in warehouse loading goods in Truck, if your interested those jobs come here and most Indians here work in these fields. MBBS degree from India is not valid in Canada. There is no degree called MBBS in Canada. To become a doctor in Canada you need to get MD degree from Canada or US, after completing BSc in Biology related Subjects like Biochemistry or BioMedical and writing North American Entrance Exam - MCAT . Second factor is language, in professional jobs in Canada, you will need be able to speak English without any foreign accent and be fluent in English just like any regular Canadian born person.
