Here in American Samoa Lamb flaps is a local favorite. This type of meat is used by Samoan families in a variety foods. In fact, that is my favorite meat, A New Zealand reporter states that they use lamb flaps as dog food. But I don't care about what they think. Growing up here in Am. Samoa this is the type of food we grew up eating, my parents makes the best dish using lamb flaps, whether its roasted, curry, gravy, stir fried, lamb flaps is a local favorite for all Samoan families. Lamb flaps is expensive coming from a Samoan supervisor here at one of the largest meat factories in NZ. A box of lamb flaps is a favorite of rich farmers 😋 in this country.
After watching your video l went and ate the rest of my nephew's supo mamoe from last night. Uce made me so hungry. I have a mate who eats mamoe every single day. Your mamoe are nice and lean. More for the chef and less for the cook lol

The chillins like American food not Island food even tho it's food American's would eat, it's lamb, but I get it. I'm part Islander and I don't eat most of the food my Island family eat but I will eat it in a certain way. They're lucky they are in America, I know for sure they were in the Islands, they would be eating all that 😆😆😆😆😆 they'd have no choice.
