I saw a sky-blue sky with beach near I am looking at blue sky with ☀️ sunlight,it was very sharp, clear water in beach , I am sitting on rock with my hand in clear water sensing the sound of flowing water and some birds sound.. I am 1st time doing my meditation.. I got this visualisation while listening to this ... I m refreshed after this..tq for 12:12 portal , tq mam
