This is a lovely property .The potential uses beyond horses is out there. As always, Another fine video job. I will pass this along to someone that might be interested. Ken , Do you think the asking piece is fair ? Will this end up in a bidding sale? Ken, you are the master of the showcase. Sending you Well Wishes and Continued Success to you And Gina🙏❤🙏 Jim, Harriet and Yuki. Richmond, Va.
Thanks, yes, I think its pretty good value considering how close it is to Lisbon. It's also an up and running business on Booking.com with lots of potential. I had fun looking at this place. Would be great if it does sell to one of our viewers so we can get a commission on it :)
I was thinking it was 2 hours from the coast... But when I looked it on the map it's only about an hour from the famous Nazare... Which is I believe one of the huge surf areas. 🌴🌴
The thing you didn't know the name of is called a horse walker. And a stable = the building. The partitions where the horses are kept are called stalls.
Bom dia Ken, essa bela e maravilhosa propriedade é para milionários em euros ou libras, 😂😂, é a mais bela de todas que vc nós mostrou. Parabéns pela qualidade de seus vídeos. Abraços pra Gina
it looks like the place's surrounded by cabbage fields..... you wan't smell the horses 🤪 this property has so much potential and the best thing's you can just move in and think of it for the rest of your life 🤗
Hi Ken, next you're saying Golegã by the right away and with the portuguese pronunciation. It's simple, ã sounds like when you feel a 50 kg bag of cement on your back and certainly the a with the 'til' happens naturaly 🥴😬😁😅. Like maçã (apple)👌👍 Well, I've born in the neighboring village called Pombalinho, thats why I recognized the farm. This farm is also next from Azinhaga do Ribatejo, where José Saramago was born 100 years ago, the only portuguese nobel prize in litetature. My late grandmother told me that they even played as children. My wife is from Azinhaga, and my brother in law, if im not wrong, in about 15 years ago he try to buy this propriety but in that period needed some repair/recover, and the price, made him stoping his child dreams. I will share with him your channel. And what I've seen now, the current owners have done a great job. So, about this propriety history, what I know, first owners were rich people in the region, and they also owned and operated a factory for the canned tomato paste industry called S.I.C. I'm sure you passed from this abandoned factory located in the center of Azinhaga Village, when in your trip to Golegã. This propriety is located near from the rail station, 3 km, called by Mato de Miranda. Is located between Santarém and Entroncamento railway. If I'm not wrong, the regional trains service stops there every hour. From there you can catch/leave train to/from the North and to the South country regions, Oporto and Lisbon respectively and others. Faro,Braga, Castelo Branco and Covilhã and Guarda too. By train, the distances between Mato de Miranda: to Lisbon about 1h15. To Santarém, 20 min, and 10 min to Entroncamento. Oporto around 2h30-3h. The distances using a car and by highaway, about 1h20 to Lisbon, and 2h45-3h to Oporto. Coimbra, 1h-1h15. The Tejo river passing very near from the farm, 2km. This is a true rural region with all you can need day by day and relative near (8 Km). Nice and good persons living there and certainly the next owners will be happiest and appreciate with a new life with all around. I've thinking this house has maded in the middle of last century, or in 60's. Note: the son of the first owners had married with a spanhish lady. That's explains when you made appoint the spanish architecture.

Interesting property would make a great spiritual retreat place or just a massive home just for me LOL :)
Just don't forget which room you left your phone or keys in 😂
That would be a great project for a campsite. 🧐 LG, Alfred

I would buy it if I had the money!
Hi Ken & Gina🎉
Hi 👋
How much monthly income from this property
So if somebody wants to buy it can they use the whole thing for their personal use not a hotel
Yes you can use it as a personal residence. The AL license just means that you can legally use it for tourist accommodation purposes too.
have you had the oportunity to check the horse fair? It's actually really cool
No sadly we were filming for most of the day and diddnt get a chance.
@@OKportugal for 2023 dont miss it and consider staying there 1 night. It's one of the fairs that I think it's worth it

One would lots of help Ken😅

Please share property farm type with source of income
The seller wouldn't leave horses for the new owner? I mean if you wanted to run it solely as a Airbnb?
I really dont know, this type of thing would need to be discussed with the seller and agent :)
@@OKportugal thank you. My sister runs an Airbnb out of a large finished basement. But it's nothing compared to the 4000 ft² of this property.
No, I have not seen this GOLDMINE!
I wonder why they did all that work and want to sell it?
Is only for sale because of personal reasons. But the owner will stay in the area. The village is wonderful place to live .
why prisoning the poor dogs they looked sad :(
good night-Yo. epic done!wwant more followers?.🖖
Poor horses should have a good gallop😢
Yes it's sad this seems the case in Portugal. Horses are kept apart. They are herd animals 😢.
I know nothing about horse's but what makes you think they don't get a good run out?
