You can also use tape if your not going to deal with it
1 go to the store and get normal tape
2 tape the ear pads to the headphones they now are back on

*Try as suggested by another here* Use Qtip and dishsoap with water, liberally wet the install groove and edge surface, Use the installation V slot to thread the thin floppy flap into the groove. Use full palm pressure while slowly twisting the thin rubber into the groove. If wet enough it will go in one revolution.. near same installation as the OEM pads, just more tedious 👍😎✊

The gap in my headphones was too narrow to get it in by hand so used a very small and thin flat headed screwdriver to push the leather in.

Thanks brother..I was in a fix on how to fix those cushions on my headphones ..I followed whatever you said and used a hairclip to tuck it in..the hairclip was a boon..it helped the edges to get in easily without troubling me much
